With PvP coming to CoH, great updates, coming CoV beta, and a constant desire to show our true evilness, I think its time someone started a CoV brainstorm thread here, so post some thoughts or ideas.
My first thought is we get to fight Paragon's Finest for lower level villains, like in CoH fighting the low level gangs. I mean fighting the police is literaly fighting nothing, as the gangs would seem in the original.
