Brief Personal History:
Alex was born into a well to be family in Holland. He showed very early his above average intellect and quickly developed an interest in technology. He burned thru the grades and worked in Volkel a Royal Dutch Air Base close to his town, repairing F-16s. When he was 16 he got a scholarship to study in the US, and after all the events with the Rikti and other alien entities, his interest turnet towards Paragon City.
He finished his studies by the age of 20 he had earned a Doctors in Electrical and Mechanical Engeneering, also a Masters in Robotic Technology, and another in Physics. He needed something more challenging so he moved to Paragon City. He tried the 8:00 to 5:00 thingbut found it too boring and cnstrictive, he needed freedom to researsh and create at his leisure, but one thing was missing, capital, he needed money to aquire parts.
He cashed in his savings, some family money he had comming and sold some inventions. After all that he had enough money to purchase enough parts and components to make himself a special suit that would allow him to control Thermal Energy, as well as Radiactive Isotodes. He now needed a Nuclear power cell. After much much negotiating and compromising with some government agancies and Super Hero groups, he was granted a trial unit that he would be able to keep only if he proved to be worthy and reliable.
Then he saw a message on TV, it was like a Godsend, just what he needed. This Mr. Z promissed a hefty reward, maybe enough to get him started with some real researsh and development, maybe he would get access to some of the alien technology the Rikti left behind. He started getting exited, put on the suit and headed toward the hero registration office, he would register as Dutch Clutch, and inquire more about this Mr. Z.
