What am i doing wrong?

hiyas im new to modding and followed the tuts to the tee but am having a problem with transpancies, when i make my emblem i keep getting the alfa color for full image and not the transparent back. what am i doing wrong?

to make an alfa channel i just need to make white bmp and set as alfa in GC3 right?

Sorta, you need to make the white part what you want to show up, and black what you want transparent, and set it as your alpha channel.

So 1 bmp that is that image in black and white, you could even have the K white and the POW black or something, and then 1 bmp that is basically just the saying KPOW RADIO in white, all else black, and load that as your alpha.
