Omega Force. Its been a long time since Ive wrote that. How are things G? Ihope you found me here. After you left it was just Chris and I was we split separate ways after awhile since he passed me in lvl quickly. I redefined my play though and passed him. We never were on the same page. But we did want to make the Omega Force. And we did once. We ran into some problems cause in the beginning I ddint know much about the ame or how to recruit since it was the first MMO I ever played so anywho we decided the quit it. We went out separate paths and now our Main characters are on the Defenders of Paragon. It was a crazy reunion. They wanted me back and he was just invited. It was a great moment. My main is Ms Nurse and his is Blue Bolt. Ms Nurse is a little off from Zero I know. I never could build Absolute Zero. There was no arc that fit him right and no outfit. In CoV the have the costume options but I dont know. I have many other characters but no Zero. I have Kemaro lvl 50 Stone tanker, Ms Nurse lvl 50 Ill/Emp controller, Zwitter the Rad/Electric defender, Prince Kemaro lvl 37 nrg/DA brute. And various other lowbies I dont know what to do with.

I have been doing extensive work with the Sovergien Allegiance if you remember them. Since they have a tri-leadership I have become part of the group almost to the lvl of replacing a in active tri-leader. I have also done extensive work in the Arena for PvP. I was a pvp giant with my stone tank and ill/emp.A friend and I master the stone build and tore it apart and riged something that was unstoppable for PvP. Im sure you have heard the name Dryandis before. We we the unoffical kings of the arena: Kemaro(Stone/SA tank), Dryandis(Spines/Regen scapper), Aveyu(Peacebringr), Keisuke II(Ill/Storm controller), and Keonay(dark/electic Defender). Each of us in our own right was unkillable. Together as a team there was no one that could stop us. We looked pasted what we saw what everyone seen by the builds. There was more. More and more we realized we created something amazing. Anyway no even wanted to fight just three of us. People would complain if just 2 of us were on the same team. We had to explain that is wasnt our fault that our SG was better then theirs. Dryandis and I went 5 on 2 sometimes and it was a massacre. Once we fought a warshade and two tanks and killed them 32-6. Then 10-0. Just giving you a little background on my creditials and what Ive been doing.

Anyway about the SG thing. What SGs are you in? Have you made the Omega Force? What are your thoughts on the group?

No I have been here the whole time to. I never really got to team up with you due to weird playing times. I too was on the Defenders at one point, but when I had to quit the game for the beginning of school, I ended up getting bumped from the team. So now I reside completely in the Underground for the heroes side and in Fracture and Dark Shroud for the villain side.

But yes I have missed the Omega Force to. I still have not found a build I like for Jade though, so still no White Tigress in game. Though her evil twin has made it in.

Wow! its great to hear you guys around here again.

Glad to hear you have had so much fun in the game Jose. I personally have not had the chance to do half of that. The highest I got was to level 30, with my blaster Avatar. I tried many groups but never found a commited group to RP with, and then RL struck and I had to go for a while.

Right now I have Avatar on the Centurions, with some of the guys I used to play most. I also have a new level 9 in a RP SG with SK. Its been lots of fun so far, and I hope it develops, thats what i really enjoy, more than power leveling, I like the interaction and development of the players and team.

I would love to see the Omega Force rise again, but I don't know how much I can commit to it now, life is too busy and I'm really frustrated with trying to bring teams to life. If we could get serious people that would dedicate to it I would love to join in. Like what SK is doing with the United Sanction Society, the RP is developing nice. Imperial is also trying that but its kinda slow.

I wish we could get all those great RPers in one team and really go! I would love to play with you whenever I can, my hours are kinda weird except on the weekend, I work nights during the week.

If you decide to do anything with the Omega Force let me know bud, I'll join up and help however I can.

I'm sure Druid will join us as well, and BB too if he hears about it.

I never told you cause you never asked. Druid you are just lazy. I go to school, the same school, and play CoH!!!! Also Im on the Lacrosse team.

Is PCPD still up and running? I always liked that group. Also I got better with the costume creation. So maybe I can whip up an Omega Force Costume. I just made a gravity/kinetics controller. Ive always liked the build. I can use this character to get the Omega Force off on its feet. Oh yea, the reason Zwitter is 50 is cause I wanted to get the most out of his hamis.

There has got to be some others of us out there. It was funny watching BB pvp the other day. He had no clue what he was doing. He would run around and just watch what everyone was doing. I miss the arena tough. Open PvP is just sad. Its a shame. Im not a fan of being ganked. I know no one one on one can beat my defender but if Im in the zone and that person tells their friends Im screwed.

So what shall we do for the Omega Force?The problem is getting established. We need good core members to do that.

Hell if you think BB was funny Im not even gonna try, I've never done the PvP thing, no clue whatsoever on what I would do.

I know there are several people looking to start a real RP type SG, Imperial is trying, SK is doing the United Sanction Society, Meltman is always involved in those, as well as Gaia and some others. I know there is interest out there, it would be awesome if we could get everyone in the same group commited, we would have a kick ass RP group.

The P.C.P.D. lasted even less than the O.F. :rolleyes: I saw like 2 other versions out there, but mine did not survive, the same issue of commitment. I tried but could not keep it together, I just can't do it by myself with all the RL resposabilities I got. I can help, be like a leader but not the only one or be on as much as you guys.

Just to give you an Idea, I am a TSgt in the Air Force in charge of a section, have a wife and 2 little girls, working on my graduate Degree, workout religiously, do art as a hobbie, and teach Sunday School. I keep myself busy, but I love the game and play it as much as I can.

So, if we are doing this, then lets talk about what the plan is? Who is in? What will the level of commitment be? Who are we going to recruit? What direction will the SG take?

It feels so weird talking about the Omega Force again. Its cool to be back and still see the idea floating around. If I remember correctly, Ideas was something we never lacked, so lets see what happens.

I always saw him as an Ice/Ice Blaster. Is I remember, you RPed him as a power house, offensive type. Maybe not so paper like, but Blaster is the best buil in my opinion.

Tanker, nah, not Zero.

Controller, the Ice Controller is a nice set, but I don't think it fits the concept as I remember it. Its your Character, so you can always change the concept as you see fit.

My opinion is Ice/Ice Blaster. Ice/Energy or Ice/Devices would worlk as well I would think.

Biography:

It all began in what seemed like any other day in his little town of El Gordo in Colombia. He was working the fields with his father like he did every day, see he did not go to school like other kids, well because he was not like other kids. He was barelly 16 years of age and barely 4 feet tall, and disproportionally muscular. This led to Javier being the subject of much cruelty and name calling. His look and the fact that he was always dirty and working the land led him to be known in his town as El Nomo (The Gnome).

The bells rang and everyone in town knew what that ment, the militia was comming, and only trouble followed them, they were always after the farmers to grow their coca crops but the town had managed to avaiod that faith so far. Everyone in town went into hiding, living the town like a ghost town. The Militia roamed the streets and ransacked the houses, screamming for people to come out. Then a little girl came accross the street to them, she was looking for her mother who had lost her in the commotion. The militia grabbed the girl and screamed that unless the mother and father came out she would not see tomorrow. The Mother came out running, and so did Javiers mother for she was her friend and the towns most respected teacher. They slapped them around a bit untill Don Hector could take it no more, he also came out and told the brutes to leave, he told them that he would never grow coca, and that if anyone in this town ever did he would notify the government. Javier came out as soon as he heard his father starting to say this, he knew he had to stop him or they would kill him, but before he got to him they shot him, point blank in the forehead, he dropped as Javier got to him. His mother cried incontrolably, as the Militia men laughed.

They awoke a rage in Javier that he had never felt before, something snapped, changed and it was about to be noticed, his mutant genes had barelly shown a little extra normal strenght, but now, now it was different. The militia men mocked him, called him a freak and a dwarf,"what are you gonna do little man, bite our ankles" and laughed. Then they grabbed his mother again and put a gun to her head. They said that they were going to kill her too, as a lesson for the town, and that nobody could do anything about it. Without hessitation Javier punched the man holding his mother right in the face, but the shear force of the blow totally destroyed the mans face, as if he had hit a wall going 50 miles an hour, and he went flying. The few seconds of surprise was enough to allow Javier to take out several militia men before they retaliated, but when they did they did in force, shooting at him and striking him several times. His little body fell to the ground in a pool of blood. Then the most amazing thing happened, the earth seemed to swallow him, like if it was a mother protecting her child!

Soldiers came out of the woods, attacking the militia. Apparentlly they U.S. special Forces had been tracking this militia men in relation to a Drug Cartel operation. They rescued the town and Med Evac Javier to their HQ. The soldiers reported what they had witnessed and the government took an interest in young Javier. As he recovered he met a man by the name of Cade AKA Caduceus, who helped him in his recovery and helpped him learn about his abilities, for he himself was also a mutant, but with the abilities to heal and affect the mind. the two became friends, and later Javier accepted his offer to join him in a special Task Force of Super Powered Soldiers.

Unknown to them both the Task Force was actually a front for another organization who coveted Super Powered beings for their own purposes, a division of Cray Industries. After several missions were the team proved their effectiveness, and power, they were taken in for what they were told was a routine evaluation. Following they were subdued and studied, then dissected some and experimented upon, for ways of duplicating and enhancing their abilities. Many of the team died during this experiments. Javier overheard the scientist reffering to them as their numerical code name with the G prefix, for genetics experimentation. They called him G3. They Poked and prodded and expossed him to a seriel of alkaloids and radiation traetments, untill one day something went wrong, severlly wrong for them. After a treatment of Alkaloids and radiation in wich he felt his body was burning from within they took a fluid sample for the data was going of the charts, immediatelly the ground started shacking, Little Javier could feel the earth calling him, pulling at him like a magnet. The Force was so strong that his restrains collapsed and he fell to the ground, where his body changed, the earth seemed to rebuild Javier into a huge mass of rock, from barelly 4 feet tall to more than 7 feet tall, and bulgging with muscles. He could feel the incredible strenght and the conection he now had with the earth. It was their demise, he took out the whole facility single handedly without effort, his new body was almost imprevious to harm, and his strenght dealt lethal blows. He found Cage, barelly alive, and fussed with many machine like attachments, obviouslly he had also been subject to their attrocities, but his healing abilities helped keep him alive.

After they both recovered they decided to move to Paragon City, where they could use their new abilities for the greater good. Cade gave Javier his hero name, G, for the genetic experiment that had turn him into this huge tank, and mixed with his old nickname, gnome. G-Nome would be his name. Toghether they joined the Paragons of Justice and fought evil in many forms untill it was time for G-Nome to move on. In a confrontation with some villains, G-Nome became a friend to a hero by the name of Tiger Claw, and the two helped each other offten. G-Nome heard of the dissapearance of Tiger Claw, and now searches for members of Tiger Claws Super Group, The Omega Force, one name stands out in his mind, Tiger Claw mentioned it often, Absolute Zero. He would start with him, maybe he knew where his friend was.

Origin: Long ago in Ancient Japan evil stalked the land. Few could withstand the forces of this dark terror. However, there existed a prophecy that one day a pair of siblings, twins, would come to cleanse the land of this evil. When Jade and her brother Li were born, they were sen as the products of this prophecy, for they were the only twins born in over a hundred years. The two were whisked away and raised by a council of elders. They were taught the full range of talents from martial arts, to arcane spells. As they reached the end of their teenage years, Li grew impatient. He was already capable of defeating any of his tutors, or even all of them at once. Ontop of which the arcane practices interested him little even as his sister excelled. He left the schools behind and sought out the evil on his own. He found it, and nearly defeated it. However, evil like that is difficult to destroy. As a last ditch effort to save itself the evil tricked Li. It asked to be slain by its own weapon. Granting his opponent its last request, Li gripped the weapon by the hilt and was consumed by the evil spirit that dwelt within. His own mind was shoved far into the depths of his psyche and the evil took control of his body. When Jade left the school she sought out her brother, armed with the mystical sword of the elders. When she finally found him his mind was so ravaged by the evil that he had been rendered entirely insane. He attacked her and a titanic battle ensued. It ended only after Jade unleashed a spell that froze them and the surrounding countryside in a massive glacier. Thousands of years later a research team sponsored by Crey uncovered their perfectly preserved bodies and sent them back to Crey Industries headquarters in Paragon. Released from the confines of the spell, they both soon recovered. Li took his chance and caused an explosion, giving himself the distraction needed to flee. Jade followed suit and escaped as well. She wandered the streets for a while, lost and bewildered until a man calling himself Shadowplague found her. And gave her a new home in the Omega Force.

PS: I still have the Savage Force rp. as well as some others of interest. =D

Dunno yet. Might be a start from scratch team, or it might actually be better, maybe even a tad neat from an rp perspective if the team founders or original members were higher level then the new recruits, so we could seriously mentor them. Be like the actual leaders.

I love CoHGuru, no doubt there, and just because I'm vocal on which SG I'm in seems to get the wrong impression on people. I put all effort that the SG Leaders ask in me and if they ask me to do more, I try. Leading the Corruptors has been my only divergement

I don't get people at times... I like meeting new people and being with different people from time to time...

What if each of the founders have two characters for the team. Their older, higer leveled chars, and some new or at least low level chars.

Then as a good teaming aspect, or rp perspective, we could literally guide the younger players as they go through levels. Say each time they hit a new level plateu, we have someone's character there to teach them and guide them. Like mentor. And we can have multiple mentors for the different levels as well.

Like for an example.: Lv 10-say.. 15

I have a character Druidess, she could be their team mentor. Teaching them team work tactics and how to work together. She is an Empathy defender, so teams is what she does.

Someone else at that level may say speacilize in a specific area, like scrappers, or enemy identification. THings like this might make it a more fufilling experience for everybody.

Sounds good, the only problem is my highest character is Avatar and he is just 31, and with the Centurions. the next highest is Frost Maiden, Level 18 controller, Ice/Empathy.

G'Nome will be starting from level 1, so I guess he will be one of the new recruits.

So lets make a decision, starting from scratch, or higher level leadership? I'll adapt either way.

I revamped Absolute Zero. Though his name was taken his legacy will move on. I didnt have much...luck with Devices as wished. I tried my friends lvl 50 fire/devices and I didnt like it at all. To much waiting and such. I also have a lvl 36 and lvl 37 energy melee characters. One being and ice tank and the other being a dark armor Brute. I have had Ice Manipulation in the past as a power for Absolute. But as time when on I didnt like it too much so he was deleted. Fire Manipulation doesnt suit Zero at all. So my choices were cut down. What was left was electrical manipulation...there is a concept. I created a character that will be an engineer. Professor Kurt Porters new suit name is Frozatron. He will be Ice Blast/ Electical Manipulation blaster. I trust that this is a good set cause I have electricity. Since they changed the animations and I like them plus I have an Rad/Electric Defender at 47 that very much fun to play with(I intend not to lvl him so I get the full effect of his Hamis at all times). Now I must work up a story and theme in my head. Also I must chill my room again since that is how I came of with the idea of Absolute Zero in the first place.

What characters will you play, Archetype, powers and such info?

Are we doing a start from scratch? if so:

How will we do this, from Breakout, all toghether?

Meeting somewhere at level 10 to create the SG?

We could start an RP, and kinda do our characters as they grow in levels, then we all meet for like the Positron Task Force or something like that, and create the SG from there.
