cityofheroes.com is down. i've heard this rumor that issue 4 is live on april 28 or around may 1st.. any truth to that rumor. also anyones game not working currently.

Not as far as I know. There still seem to be a lot of issues with the Arena. Considering they released a whole bunch of new patches, they will probably want to test them before making them live.

Plus they usually give us a date about a week before.
