Hahah. Bastards. Where can I go to get SO's that are for level 47's?

I think, I'm still to low to use level 50's..:(

No you're not. Now would actually be the best time to have 50 SOs. You have to complete a mission for Ghost Falcon in Peregrine in order to unlock his SOs. He's directly across from you as soon as you get off of the ferry.

I did a mission for him already. I have to do a second?

After you do this (http://www.cohguru.com/content/contact-store-ghost-falcon-id133.php) mission, his store should have SOs for you.

You'll also want to do a respec pretty soon. Some powers you don't want more than 3 slots in. Quick Recovery, Health, Fast Healing

So basically you need to respec for ED. Keep that in mind also, when you're buying enhancements.

And are those TO's and DO's in some of your attacks? Good god man! Let me give you some influence. :P

Wait. Why is everyone trying to give me some influence? Am i really that bad off? I was doing just fine fighting +5 mobs...:(

And I was 3 slotted on those powers...but I had to add more as I leveled up..

That build was fine pre-ED. And to be honest, even if you didn't change anything, you'll still be fine. You just won't be as effective as you could be. Regen was uber before I5 and it's still over everyone else now, so you might not feel like you need to change. But those slots could go to better use somewhere else.

And instead of 6-slotting some of your attack powers for all damage, you might consider going 3 Damage, 2 ACC and 1 End. Or take out the End Reduction all together since you're a Regen and have double stamina and add another ACC. Right now those 3 extra damage enhancements are wasted. Same goes for your heals.

And I was only raggin' on you about the influence, I only mentioned it because you're still using TO and DO enhancements instead of SO's in some of your powers.

I see. I'll go research a enhancement guide then..

and I've respeced already, and I really don't know where else to put all those extra slots...

I'm prolly not going to take anymore powers..

The basic go by rule with ED, is that 3 of one particular type of enhancer is the most 'efficient' way to go. Who knew using a business term would come into affect in CoH (diminishing returns). But the more you use one kind, the less you get. And after 3 of that kind, you get WAY less, if that helps any.

Oh Okay. So ED really does blow goats. Apparently, Jeez that's the gheyest thing I've ever heard.

This might help you out. Use it however you see fit, change slotting to whatever fits your concept/playstyle. :)

Ignore the order in which I chose slots and powers, I didn't bother to do it right.

That looks good, except for one thing. Broadsword does a defense debuff on some of it's attacks. I suggest taking out one of those ACC's you have in there and replacing it with a recharge. The recharge on BS is rediculously slow. Also, on the heals like reconstruction and dull pain, i dont see the need for them to be 3/3 like you have them. a lot of people disagree with me, but thats just me. I'd take one of those slots and put it in the build up with a to-hit buff to hit SR scrappers, like you're punk butt. heh. Just my take on it :)

All great points, and it's really all about personal styles. It could go alot of different ways. And slotting build up with more To-hit's would be very helpful.

Hasten helps out on the recharge a bit, while it's up at least. But some recharges in place of one ACC wouldn't hurt either.

With the heals slotted 3/3, you have Reconstruction up just about every 30 seconds healing you for just over half your health, and Dull Pain only down about 1 minute. Just makes you even more of healing monster. :)
