Rad/Rad solo build

Hiya, trying to start up a Rad/Rad defender. I've tried a couple of times before but never gotten higher than lvl15. Problem has allway been that I really didn't know what I was doing. So, now I've got a new little lvl3 defender going called "Extreme Hazard" on Virtue and I need some build help.

Becasue of my playing hours, all my characters have GOT to be able to solo well. So I'm looking fore seomthing of an offender build.

I'd also really like to take as few power pools as possible. So, no Hasten and prefferably just speccing into Stamina at lvl23 (or is it 24?). Is it possible to get by without a travel power? As in using AM+Sprint+Swift/Hurdle as a ghetto travel power? Just wondering.

Anyway, got any build suggestions? I'm espechially wondering about what attacks to take and slot.

Ask Poison. He helped me understand which powers to avoid and which are the best. :)

I'll look up the old spec list I made for Mina and copy it here. Attack powers, basically all (except for Aim maybe, up to you). A rad defender is well soloable till the late 30s and the whole 40s.

Is it possible to go without travel? Of course it is. Do you want that? Not really.
