Personality: Many people would say that Charolette is brash, but she prefers independent and outspoken. Observant by nature and training, she likes to take in a situation and people before making any moves. She does not consider herself evil at all, rather she considers herself pragmatic.
History: She was born on July 16, 1981 to Shannon Roarke in a London hospital. Her father was not present at her birth as she was the result of a rather sordid affair between her parents. Her mother was a secretary at William's law firm...she was young and impressionable. He was slightly older and in an unhappy marriage. The carried on their relationship for almost a year until Shannon got pregnant. William's wife learned of the affair and demanded her husband cut off all ties to his mistress.
After Charolette's birth, her heartbroken mother moved back to Dublin. They lived there until she was ten. Will and Shannon had never really stopped seeing each other through the years, despite his wife's vicious threats. Charlotte's father came to Dublin several times a year to see Shannon mostly. He generally had very little to say to his daughter. When Charolette was ten, William and his wife finally divorced. She took half of the inheritance he had and ran off to Monaco.
William moved Shannon and his daughter back to London in 1991. Charolette's parents never married. When she began to display an ability to control fire, Charolette was grudgingly let into the family circle. Diana Eden, her aunt, began training her how to control the powers. Eventually, the matter of her birth was irrelevant and Charolette was welcomed into the Eden family with affection. She proved to be very talented, especially in melee combat.
When Charolette turned 18, Diana contacted a friend in the Ministry of Defence and requested her niece be allowed to apply for employment. Charolette qualified easily and went to work for MI6, starting in 1999. In 2003, she left for a much more lucrative profession.
Family ties and business relations have led Charolette to the Rogue Isles. Her cousin's life is in danger, as is a family secret.
