The Fracture Strike Force Thread

Since there was some interest in organizing these, we'll use this thread to discuss and post our Strike Force dates/times. I'll update this first page with all the information on any pre-planned Strikes.

Virgil Tarikoss Strike Force - Saturday, November 19th (11AM PST/2PM EST)
Location: Mt. Diable in Cap Au Diable.
Level Range: 15-20

Since quite a few of us are in the level 15-20 range, maybe it's time to start planning our first Strike Force. Can we get one going as early as this weekend?

I've got 2 Villains in that range and want them both to do a Strike Force at least once. Who else would be interested?

I'm in and can work one or two in pretty much any day except Sunday afternoon this week.

Here's the basic Info on the SF starting point....

Sounds like fun. I'm in with Adam and can probably do Saturday afternoon. I could do it Friday or Saturday night, but I'm on duty so I'd have to stop every 2 hrs or so and be away for a bit.

Friday night. But more than likely since it's a Shadow Shard TF they're gonna have to pick it up again at a later time.

EDIT: Also...should we start tossing out times? I can only think of one reason why I wouldn't be able to do this anytime that afternoon, but how about starting around 3-4pm-ish EST?

Destroyed is lvl 22 so I'd like to do the next available Strike Force if possible. What do you guys say?

I'm in. I had a great time on this one. I especially liked the part where I taunted the giant demon into chasing me down the hall. Well...as far as he could fit anyway.

Strike Force Anubis, you did an awesome job!

That was a great job all around! If that's any indication of how the rest of this game is going to go....and how good this team can be, then we're in from some kick ass times!

Depending on the day, I'm in for the next one as well......however, there's a couple of things working against us doing it this week....

One: it's Thanksgiving week and a lot of people might be going out of town (myself included).

Two: We need a mission computer set up in our base or we can't get the TF. Maybe we could use the Orthodoxy's if we're not "Mission computer capable"? (or are we already? Really need to play around with that base builder more....)

Honestly, about all I can do this week would be Monday or next Sunday. But if you can get something set up for another day, kick some ass and let me know how it all played out. ;)

From all that I've heard, this next one is one of the best TF's/SF's in the game due to the fact that all of it is on unique maps that you'll only see during this Strike Force.

So it should be a lot of fun.

Location: This SF can only be unlocked via the mission computer in bases
Level Range: 20-25
Auto-RSK Level: 25
Villain Groups: Tsoo, Lost, Council, Freaks, Crey, Sky Raiders
AVs: Col. Duray of the Sky Raiders
Special Note: SF is made up of special maps you only usually see 1 time in CoH, such as the Vamp Chamber or the Tsoo Tatoo Parlor or even the newly fixed Paragon Protector Lab

We have the ability to get a Supergroup mission computer, it's listed in the base editor, we just need the prestige to afford it. But yeah, next week is kinda bad. I'm gone starting Thursday - Sunday, and the days before that I'm going to be working like crazy to get all my work related stuff done so I can actually enjoy the holidays.

So most likely we're talking the week after next. :)

Sorry I vanished so soon into the strike force. CoV crashed on me exiting the first mission, then insisted it perform a "verify all files" when I tried loading it up again. Which takes anywhere from half an hour to an hour on my machine to go through the 2.5 gigs of files it wants to examine. Then when it had gotten 2.2 gigs into the verify, my computer locked up. After rebooting, it decided to start verifying again, from the beginning. I just gave up on it.
