Real name: Lost for decades.
Motive: Nothing short of bending the world to his will.
Archetype: Mastermind
Powers: Mercs/Poison/Leadership/Teleport

Condensed Origin:
Member of a secret society of mages in medieval Europe, Ordre rose through the ranks quickly with his natural ability for magic, and after a few decades of being near the top, took control from the current head after eliminating his competition. In a bid to gain more power, Ordre took part in a dangerous ritual that left him blind, but with the ability to "feel" the world around him and to manipulate fine details to give himself and his allies the advantage and to give a disadvantage to his advisories. The ritual, however, had the unfortunately side effect of destroying everyone else participating in it, leaving a huge power vacuum in the middle ranks of the society. Shortly thereafter, it fell apart, leaving Ordre alone. With his control over the minute, Ordre also craved control over larger things, the world in particular. Ordre left to the Rogue Isles with other French refugees, but hid himself from the fate that befell them. When Lord Recluse and Arachnos took control of the Island, Ordre saw it as an opportunity to find other like minded individuals who could help him gain control of the world, and create a new Orthodoxy: His.

MISTRESS WRAITHARROW

Origin:
A woman of mystery. Nothing is known of how she came to the Rogue Isles. Ordre brought her into the Orthodoxy for reasons unknown, only refering to "future plans".

Real Name: Walter Jordan
Motive: Insanity
Archetype: Natural Mastermind
Powers: Mercenaries/Traps/Teleport/Leadership

Walter Jordan was a low ranking Crey Patrol Guard. While guarding a warehouse, a group of Freakshow smashed their way inside. During the fight, one of the Freakshow broke open a drum filled with chemical waste and stuffed Walter in it. Crey forces retreated from the building and the Freakshow left after they didn't find anything to steal.
The chemical waste warped Walter's mind and unleashed a dromant personality. This personality is ruthless, insane, and bent on causing as much chaos as possible. Having hired some local goons, Certifiable now roams the Rogue Isles occasionly raiding Crey labs and warehouses that remain in Walter's memory.

Crimson Machine
Real Name: Alexander Doth
Motive: Perfection
Archetype: Technology Mastermind
Powers: Robotics/Force Fields/Teleport/Fitness

His father was the True King, his mother was princess of magic, and he was born into madness.

Crimson Machine was born Alexander Doth. He seemed to be a happy normal baby, but it was soon discovered that he was growing far too fast. Each growth spurt brought great pain, and twisted his body. He grew from baby to full adult in just a few months.

His face may have been scared, and body broken, but his mind was intact. If he body grew fast, his mind grew faster. Using his ever expanding intellect he began to create. Technology allowed him to survive, and to regain some kind of 'normal' life. But his hatred of his parents and what they aloud to come into being drove him forward.

He murdered his parents, and copied their minds into his robotic servants. With the use of Portal Corp technology he was able to go from world to world retrieving copies of his parents. His goal was to prevent this from happening again.

This was his goal. And with each new 'acquisitions' he gained a larger understanding of humanity, and all its great flaws. Now he seeks to 'sample' all people his comes across, normals and supers alike. Taking genetic samples of each of them for future study and development. Some are copied and recreated for his use, other simply discarded or ignored. Each scan marks and tags his subject for further analysis.

This is just a ruff bio atm. His basic goals are to track the human population, understand their function, replace them with better more efficient versions, and to prevent the superhuman population from breading anymore genetic deformities.

Azagnoth was an evil sorcerer who didn't strike fear into the hearts of many. Obsessed with fire-based magic, he was thought of to be a fool who would never amount to anything. These taunts fanned the flames of hatred that consumed his soul.
After a lengthy absence, a creature claiming to be Azagnoth emerged. One wielding immense power that burned its way across many dimensions. Rumor has it that Azagnoth made a deal with a demon. In exchange for power, the flesh was seared from his face.

Legion Prime

Real name: Dr. Ezekiel Goldsmith, though no longer applicable
Motive: Turning the whole world into "collective beings" like themselves
Archetype: Corruptor
Powers: Energy Blast/Dark Miasma/Flight

Condensed Origin:
Dr. Ezekiel Goldsmith was working on a new serum that would allow donor organs to survive for extended periods outside of the human body. His breakthrough happened when he discovered a chemicle used in photosynthisis. When he tested the serum on rats, they turned green and promptly died. All but one. His funding was cut, the people funding it seeing it as a failure. However, he was able to determine why the one rat survived, and fixed the serum, but it was too late. Disiring to prove to that it worked, he took the serum himself. Passing out from pain, his skin turned green. Then, each and every cell in his body became a self aware, sientient being. The chours of voices eventually formed a concensus, electing leaders and voting on things as needed, and naming themselves Legion Prime. They believe their gifts as a "collected being" make them superior to "singular" beings, so they plan on making the whole world like them.

Kissaki
Real Name: Unknown
Origin: Natural
Archtype: Stalker
Motive: Revenge
Primary Powers: Ninja Sword
Secondary Powers: Ninja Reflex
Power Pools: Super Jump (eventually)
Origin: Kissaki is a natural werewolf from a clan in the orient (seems to be Japanese). She is rarely seen in Rogue Isles out of her wolf form. However she may manifest her human side for the Orthodoxy at some point. Her name means Sword Point and that is her prefered weapon. Why she is working for the Orthodoxy is unknown at this time. Though she does talk about a masacure engineered by heroes on her clan at some time in her past. She is out to save the honor of her clan and have revenge against their killers. After committing many vendettas on US soil she eventually was captured and put in the Zig with all the other powered villains. Archanos agents helped to break her and several others out of the prison. She took their offer to move to the Rogue Isles. There she met Ordre and a pact was sealed. She refers to him as her master and awaits his whims when it comes to assination and theft.
