Apologizing in advance for not making the meeting. As frustrating as it was to have my game time cut in half by more hours at work, I have 3 tests in a row at college tomorow which I had forgotten about and need to concentrate on last minute studies.

If you couldn't make it, there will be a second OOC meeting this Friday, see the first post in this thread for details.

Either later on tonight, or tomorrow morning, I'll be making a few new threads for discussion and/or voting. These were issues that we felt needed to be addressed here on the forums for now instead of at the meetings. Down the line though, we'll be doing more and more votes and decision making at the meetings themselves, so I'll try my best to make those important meetings on days that the majority can make it to.

Here are a few screenies from the meeting, I happened to mention getting a group shot a little late as about 3 or 4 people had already left. My apologies to those not pictured.

Question......will we be having these ooc meetings every week (I know it says that but i want to be sure) or just have monday as a standby day for when there's things that need discussing? I know that right now as the VG's just getting together & things that we'd need to talk about more things but as things go on will we continue to meet every week?

Once we get the major stuff out of the way and really establish the team then I don't see the need for every week meetings. Although if everyone is agreeable, I certainly don't see it as a bad thing. It can only help to get together as much as possible and really get comfortable with everyone OOC and IC.

But to answer your question, no. If anything we'll probably fall into the 1-2 meetings a month routine after the initial kinks are worked out.

Just wanted to get a preliminary count on who thinks they can make a meeting tonight? Seeing as this is the first Monday after the big holiday, I can imagine some people might be unavailable.

If next week would be better, we can do it that way.

I don't think we have much OOC to really go over, so whenever the next meeting is, we can make it IC if everyone is fine with that.

These weekly meetings are getting hard for me to make. At the end of a semester here and I'm struggling to get stuff done. I will try to make Friday, but I have alot of scheduling to do and I may be unable to attend.

Terribly sorry about this. Having a hectic time right now, fighting with the folks, not getting help from my advisors, trying to get good grades in some tough classes. It pretty much sucks right now. I already have to cancel the project I had planned for Guru's christmas. I'm pretty miffed about that. I really wanted to do it.
