RP Explanation of Powers: Adam, like many of his race, was born with the ability to manifest a "soul blade" powered by his emotions and psionic ability. The shape of the blade can be changed and morphed to whatever he wills but normally manifests as a minutely serrated katana (as in it appears to be like any other blade except upon closer inspection). His huge leaps and ability to remain undetected by nearly all senses (as he choses) come from a combination of over a decade of training, small amounts of psionic training, and his weapons/tools of choice and personal design.

Once enraged, he's killed nearly a hundred men before, and won't stop until the source of his anger is no longer moving. He's ruthless and doesn't let anything, or anyone stand in the way of his goal once he puts his mind to something.

History: Eberron is a planet far away from the Earth (it has been reached a few times through Portal Corp) but who's technology is slightly more advanced than Earth. Even with the technological advances though, the society is a highly combative and war-faring one. They have been watching and planting members of their race here on Earth for centuries, who've watched, helped, and sometimes hindered humans as a whole. With lifespans slightly longer than those of humans, Eberronians planted on Earth have been able to amass a substantial wealth and pass it down the generations, doing whatever was in their best interests at the time.
Adam was born of a marriage in the interest of peace to quell a possible uprising. Growing up, Adam often travelled off planet with his mother, recieving training from her parents in his growing psionic talents. As he grew older, he would accompany groups to make off world "treaties" with planets nearby in the system. His powers continued to grow, but flared most when it dealt with his brother. As they grew older, the rivalry between the two became increasingly apparant, while their powers and personalities went in near polar directions. All while talks of who would be the successor and possible assassinations were whispered even though the younger of the two was only a teenager.
After several weeks of debate, a decision was reached. The two boys would be sent to Earth where they would do as they saw fit in order to prove they would be the best successor for rule. The only rules they were given were that they could use their share of Earth's resources as they saw fit. Given time to prepare the two reviewed the surveillence vidoes and spoke with Eberronians who were still present on the planet. When the day came they decided a location and the portals were open, sending both down to Earth. Adam, taking immediately took to the Rogue Isles, preparing to make his mark and prove himself by hunting and killing prominent heroes and villains.
