Since there's already a thread with this title, I'll ask my CoV questions here. Now bear in mind that I never visit the main forums or website at all. First question, You have to buy CoV to get access to Bases no matter what you are hero or villain, right? Second question, if so, does anyone have a link to where I can buy a CD Key like they did with CoH when it came out, I can't seem to find it?

Go to the "my account" page, and enter your id and password... just above your billing information should be a place to buy a CDKey... just above the "order your comic books" section.
