This is a copy of a "question" I sent the plaync / coh support folks today. I wanted to post it here so I can ask any questions in case they start to give me the run around.
I'm looking to get my account status corrected.
On the 18th of October I attempted to reactivate my City of Heroes account (account name: metatron). After filling out the required form including payment schedule and credit card information, I clicked the submit form and recieved a server error message.
I clicked back, re-entered the information and hit submit again. The server seemed to have processed everything correctly as another plaync/coh page loaded; only this time I recieved an error stating that my account was already upgraded / activated during this session and I needed to log out.
Several hours later, I found out that I could access the game, but no "your account has been activated" email was ever sent to me. More curiously, when I try to log into the game message boards, I get a message saying my account is banned or locked because it is set to deativate.
Additionally, in the account management page of plaync, it states that my next billing will occur on 28 Nov 05, but my account still needs to be reactivated - yet I am unable to do so and get the same message as before.
Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hope you all are having a good day (even thought it's Monday!).
