hey folks i have a question here for anyone who knows about these programs.

where can i get fraps?

i have been looking for it for awhile now.

and where can i get windows movie maker as well?

are these programs free at all, or do you have to buy them?

FRAPS you can download off the 'net...

But WMM is... I think it just comes with XP.

You can download FRAPS here (http://www.fraps.com/download.php). The free version will put a little "Fraps.com" stamp on the top of any screenshot or movie you make with it.

Don't know about MovieMaker. It came with my Windows XP. Check the MS website to see if they offer a download. The version I have is a "free" version, meaning that there are a boatload of transitions and effects that I can't use unless I get the premium version.

sally which version of XP are you running? home or pro?

cus i'm thinking that it might be right on my XP cd (but i'm running home) so i might be wrong

I have XP Home. MovieMaker should have come with yours. Check under Accessories>Entertainment. That is where they usually stick the program.

found it sally, it wasn't on the menu i had to go digging for it and stuff, buts its there

just need to figure out how to run it now
