Finishing Request

OK, well I almost ifnished my first inking and coloring of my char pic by Quake, and I want some opinions on it, but was wondering if anyone had the time could put somefinishing touches like 3D/realistic lighting stuff, or at least clean up some of the lines better for me. The first one is the one to edit if you want to or can (I can also put up the psd I think) the second is what I could do as my final (notice it's the same thing, but with the "cool" text thing I set up for him in the corner)

Come on I did what was the hard part, doesn't anyone have the time to do at least one of these small things?

What's with the white bits all over him? If you set the pencil layer to screen it will get rid of them.

Thats atip I can use, but I may just make them darker, gives it like rinkles in a jacket feel.
