Alright here is some info to be rp'ed by those that want to be in The Regime Inc.

Est. - 1980
First of all..The old names of the Old Members or Founders of the Silent World Order and what happened to them...

Members - Sebastian Kain (alive) - President of the current Silent World Order incarnation

Morgan Grayson (deceased) - The Oldest member of the Order before he died, was attempting to run for a seat in the senate. Died in a car accident in 1984.

Winston Fairchild (deceased) - a man who was born in Louisville Kentucky and never married, died while in the act with his lover at the time. The hear the woman's testimony, you would think she had seen a ghost. All she remembers is being terrified for her life and running out the door after shoving his lifeless body off of her persons. (Died in 1985)

Adam Barlow (Murdered) - Adam Barlow was murdered in late 1986. After the other members had stopped talking to each other for the most part, he fell into a nasty habit of binge drinking and doing drugs. He was murdered by drug dealers shortly after his 38th birthday. No one truly knows why to this day.

Jed Attaway (Poisoned) - Jed Attaway was the one everyone least suspected to die such an odd way. Out of all of them he had the cleanest record and was least likely to do anything other than what he was told to do. He was the voice of reason behind the group, and eventhough was out number, kept them from doing anything that would be considered 'criminal unjustice' by today's standards. However, his death was the least likely to be believable. He was poisoned to death while having dinner with his wife. CSI investigators found poison solution all over the glass he was drinking from. His wife was believed to be the main suspect in the case. She was thrown in jail, and she later killed herself before she was ever convicted. Jed also ran a small oil company that was inherted by his son Josiah. It is now the bases for The Regime Inc. (Died in 1988). (The Emerald Cowboy is Josiah's Alias)

Waylan Cummings (Executed) - Waylan Cummings was the final one to die out of the group, besides SK himself. Cummings and Kain never really saw eye to eye on anything and he was the most corrupt out of all of them. Had a history of shady black market dealings all over the globe. He had retired in the 1989's from everything that had to do with the stock market and the US for that matter. But he didn't give up on his 'extreme' dealings. He had established a drug ring in Cuba, shortly before he left the US for good. However he was found out by the Cuban government. Some believed one of his own personel tipped them off. Either way he was sentenced and executed. At the funeral, SK met his future Vice President Tsarmina, who used to work for Cummings.

Or a lesser of the two evils at least. (Major Mistake). The newly restored members will have nothing to do with him. They have new bodies and their situation is similar to SK's himself. Those that are used to be their vessels will still be inside somewhere, just not in control.

Each of the Old Members will be apart of each of the CoV Archetypes.

In this reality their names do not have to be those that are already established above. They are in a sense Demons, just like SK himself. Thus they have new identies and ablities in this world. Their current goal, is to seek revenge on The Evil SK. At any and all costs. (Note I said Current)

Enter Failsafe of The Evil SK - Recruit the aid of a champion to aid in his conquest to establish what is rightfully his own. The said champion as already been a loyal ally of the good SK. It fate lies in both hands of the two SK's. His name begins with a V. ;)

So there it is, somewhat...and something special will be played out with the Emerald Cowboy and his destiny. Hopefully this will generate some interest.

The 5 Old Members of the Order are at the top of the Chain of Command. But they are lead by an unseen force.
The rest of the organization's makeup is a bit like The Silent World Order, expect with more power (military like) players than the political players.

Yes, you are. You are his resurrected spirit. In a sense you are a different person, just your essence is that of Jed Attaway. (Ex. If you wanted to be a female character, you could but your mind would operate like that of Jed. Different on the outside but still have his memories and frame of mind. You'll look nothing like the past instances of Jed, but you share your body with him.)

Nope. I kindof made that a bit too vague, you guys are not born again. The first two times you were, this time you were brought back by magic, this is why you will act like the past Old Members of the Order. (Jed and the crew.)

Jeds new Persona Non-Grata will be the Omega Reckoning, Major Reckoning or just Reckoning, the idea is that the demon inside feeds/enhances on Jeds hatred for what was done to him, and the Poisons that killed him. the demon also has a paramilitary mentality and is obssesed with the power of technology.

As soon as you let me know about any more info to use I'll role with it.

I like the name and the idea of the demon inhabiting the body of a military personality. And yea, this Jed is twice as dark as before. The Old Jed was mostly the voice of reason behind the group. I'd be a little ticked too if I was killed prematurely. I'll get some more info on his son and how he came to be.

Alright, got some good downtime today. Been playing around with the creator in CoV, as well as coming up with some ideas for the possible 5th member of the Inner Circle. Perhaps the Emerald Cowboy will serve a purpose for a while. I'll iron out the details of the groups motivate as well as get back to those of you that have presented your character bios.

The *Tentative/First-Draft* Story of Oizus

Waylan Cummings was perhaps SK’s most difficult project ever. Having never really seen eye to eye the President never really sought whole heartedly to get Mr. Cummings soul back into some sort of medium, yet when the family came to him one day and made him an offer on a body that they had, in the process of discussing with the Cuban Security Forces, acquired. The family offered a rather expensive check to the newest Don of the Family, SK acquired what had been assumed to be the decaying bones of Cummings.

Displeased with how the Circle of Thorns had handled the soul of Jed Attaway, SK decided to take a risk and use the services of the Cabal witches to resurrect the soul of Cummings. Having laid out the proper cash and bribed the right leaders, the Cabal agreed to help him, granted that he find the host.

A most enticing thought grew in the mind of Sebastian… “I could never control the piece of ****, always leading some type of cause against me…” he says to himself while walking the almost empty streets of Croatoa. Then, in a sliver of his eye, he sees a ragged boy dressed in dirty clothes playing among the woods of this abandoned part of town. He grows a marvelous idea by observing this boy, remembering that he ad observed the Cabal having kidnapped horde of little boys and the thoughts of how they most likely would be sacrificed for some inane reason.

“Now,” he says with a gleam in his eyes, “We’ll see if Cummings dares to go against my orders in the body of 15 year old…” Running back to the Cabal’s hideout, he lays down a bundle of cash and offers to buy one of the boys off the witches, whom at sight of the cash, readily agree.

The altar is set, the blackened rotting bones of Waylan Cummings and a scared, scrawny 15 year old boy lying side by side. The head witch begins a convocation in front of ten other witches, repeating the same combination of words over and over again, the sound of such words pontificating with the other present witches joining. Suddenly a lightning bolt falls on the altar and maintains a constant stream of energy on the altar. Then the chanting fades and the lightning falters… the witches are done. Five minutes of pure silence dawns the altar area until the hands of the boy begin to move. Thanking the witches for their services, he picks up the boy and leaves the cursed land that is Croatoa.

“Oh Sebastian, you are so kind…” says a dark and unpleasant voice coming from the boy’s mouth, “You resurrect me in such a body that still has to follow curfew hours…”

“Walter, be a doll,” SK responds in a mocking voice, “I took my goddamn time to get you back into a form that would be acceptable into providing some help to me, albeit as an advisor… Be thankful…”

“Oh I’m very pleased in the body you’ve allowed me to settle in, though I don’t think that this here boy, Christopher Maligne, appreciates your actions, his mind is easily suppressed, so have no worries…” he responds in a mysterious tone…

“Maligne… That name…” SK reminds himself to make a blood check on the boy as an experiment…

“Shall we take a walk through Perez? Or are we doomed to see the sights and sounds of King’s Row… that is to say if it is still here, that ugly industrial complex…”

“It is and very well, a walk through Perez Park would suit me fine.”

Discussing the matters of the SWO, the history of Paragon since his execution, and other matters, the new Waylan seemed to be eerily compliant with SK’s wishes, but something seems to bother Waylan, the more they go on with their walk through the woods and streams of Perez. Suddenly Waylan stops.

“Cummings… What’s wrong?” asks a confused SK. But Sebastian is quick to notice the red gleam in the eyes of Waylan, but not quick enough…

Suddenly out of nowhere, vines grasp SK’s arms and legs, constricting and growing around SK, leaving all but his head uncovered.

“Well, it looks like your little plan failed. Tsk tsk, Sebastian,” Walter cackles maliciously, “I would’ve thought that you would’ve at least run a security check before using a Cabal supplied boy. Who would’ve known that he was adept in controlling plants and the venoms they hold, and better yet how could you have missed the significance of his name, Maligne was a powerful name even when I left. No no, Sebastian… you’re growing weak and desperate, and I’m growing strong. The only way that I’d help you is by letting you live in this situation…” he adds, while in the meantime sprouting a thorny red vine at SK’s feet, slapping and scratching his face. A burning sensation appeared and grew throughout his body.

“Oh don’t panic, it will only last a little while,” smirking with his innocent face, “By that time I should be long gone, but before I go…” He comes up to SK’s writhing face and stares with his pulsing red eyes and spits in SK’s face. Turning around he starts to leave but goes back to SK and gives him a kick in the stomach. “Thank you, Sebastian…” he whispers in his ear, “I think the SWO may be soon experiencing a regime change…”

Turning his back, Cummings finally decides to go search out his four reanimated companions…

And such is the story of Waylan Cummings, aka Oizus, a name picked by him for its symbolism as the entity of Misery in the ancient culture of Greece.

Just a quick thing I did up for my order member. It's all subject to change of course.

Morgan Grayson, the eldest member of the silent world order died tragically in a car accident in 1984, the company known as the silent world order falls placidly into Sebastian Kain’s lap. As his life is extinguished and the car hits him, in another state far more north a wealthy genetisist and lawyer would be given a phone call that there 16 year old son would awaken form his vegetative state, doctors would be baffeled, it would be written in medical journals, and the family would take home there perfectly normal son. He would grow up in an affluent neighbourhood and have a rich upbringing. In two years he will show signs of near genius intelligence, he will begin to keep his body in perfect physical condition, around this time he will show intrest in genetics and human mutation. By the age of 24 he will have completed his masters in genetics and psychology, be a seasoned navy seal who has as of recent been honorabley discharged. He soon after marries Jane Perkins, a career military woman who falls in love with the man. He takes a job as a teacher at a local university in South Florida in genetics. By 27 his wife has retired from military life and has since fallen ill from an unknown disease. Her husband will work closely with his father to discover the mystery ailment. By 30 she will have died and the disease isolated too late to cure her. A strain of reptilian D.N.A. from a desert lizard being the only way to stave off the disease. By 35 the father and mother will both have passed away due to the mysterious ailment that has otherwise not affected the outside world. One year later the man has reached the age of 36 and has begun to show signs himself. Working furvishly he will finish the reptilian strain, and inject it into himself to stave off the disease, the side effects enhancing his senses and the ability to quickly react to outside movements will begin to manifest. Soon later in that same year he will learn the virus was created by a rogue hero in an attempt to repel the reanimated vazhilok minions. The man will begin to grow angry and will demand retrabution. Heros and the police force will turn him away regretably, using the law as there aid. His anger will lead him to murder the rogue hero, he will be sent to prison, and he will await his term to end with patience, a voice will whisper in his head claiming to know him. A man whose death was surrounded by mystery, an elderly man of wisdom and poise who wishes to return, his spirt left to roam without form was unleashed, Sebastian Kain had allowed the Circle of Thorns to give the spirit form, to make it semi corporeal, and when a host body was presented, his strong will drove against the beck and call to enter. He had eluded Sebastian and instead found his own vessel…conversations will be struck, and truths will be told, and the man will connect with the past. He will bide his time in prison for the voice told him of the break out, he will flee like the rest, but with an agenda. He will change his name, empty his families accounts, and establish a connection with a group known as the Regime. But for now the glimer of future in the childs eye will simply be left to fruition ….his parents named him Morgan, after his uncle.

First of all, I may or may not claim that Brute spot. Not sure if I really want to do so just yet..for a number of reasons. For those of you that might be interested in it..feel free to put in an application.

Second on to those of you that have posted your a character bios.

First of all good stuff in general, and any little minor mishaps we can work out in the future.

Note: When they were all alive, they were not aware that Sebastian Kain was two separate enties. It was only after their passing into another plane, is when the learned of it. They also did not know Sebastian played a part in their demise, but all of them have their suscpions and of course share the same hatred for him now, after they've been enlighted by his actions after their life spans ended. (Everything Good or Bad, they dislike about him.) So it's safe to say they wouldn't side with either Kain..cause they are both one and the same. :)

Sally - Are you still working on your character? I imagine that you are, I was on AIM briefly the other day..but my work schedule is still a bit hetic during the day. So apologies if I missed you. :)


G-Nome - I like how you introduced the CoT to do the ritual spell to resurrect the fallen Jed. I also like how you developed your own flavor for him by giving him a new name (Ashta-Hani ). When he was alive, Jed was indeed the moral reasoning of the group. Whenever there was a decision to do something, he was always the deciding factor on whether or not it was ever accomplished. Eventhough, he was just as crooked as the rest of them, he had his own standards; and to see that he's quite the pissed S.O.B not that he's been brought back, puts a much needed twist on his character. (Good Guy Type.)

A bit about Emerald Cowboy (Josiah Attaway) - He grew up in Houston, Texas with his Aunt and Uncle on his Father's side of the family. He was 7 years old when his father died. (Born in 1982) And he didn't recieve ownership to the Attaway Oil company until he was 15 years old. He dropped out of high school to run the company. He would later align himself with a business partners of his that were his childhood friends to form a organization. The name of 'said' organization would later be referred to as The Regime Inc. At his father's funeral he would meet Sebastian Kain, but it wasn't until the 90's that Kain would interact with the boy's life. Thus putting all of the steps necessary for Josiah to assume control of his father's company. (The Good Sebastian had a large role in this, that will be revealed.)

MaligneFamily - I really like how you brought back the hatred Cummings and SK had for each other. We see even in death that things haven't changed. To see that you gave him the body of a child to inhabit, makes it that much more interesting. I'm not too sure how SK would allow himself to be duped so easily by one of his enemies, but he did under estimate what he was getting into. (A mistake that the good SK normally makes.) Either way it can be worked on if need be, but I like what I see.

Odegra- It's interesting that you are using a descendant to bring Morgan to life, instead what the others are doing. That makes it unique in it's own right. I'm excited to see how the reptile version of him turns out, and you already know how I generally feel, since we've discussed the character on AIM. Good Job. :)

SDS - Special Division Services. This idea was first mentioned by Odegra and then it was expanded upon by Burby and myself. I really like this idea and I would like to bring it to live for the Regime Members.

Like the Order as it's Agents and other special forces personel, it is more than likely the Regime would have their own versions as well. These are based around the Seven Deadly Sins. And hopefully some really good Rper's will join up and bring them to life.

Greed - Businessman, suit tie, ruthless.

Sloth - disgusting creature, slow, brooding brute

Wrath - the angriest person I could conjure up - one that just runs in, kills EVERYTHING in site, and continues forward on his path of destruction

Envy - this would be a little kid - the kid who is jealous of all the other little kids who have slightly more than he does even though he's got everything a kid could want.

Pride - Another woman - very narcisstic, stops in the middle of missions to look at herself in the mirror for a few seconds, etc

Now those are just examples and certainly do not fit into those cookie cutter roles. Either of them can be fitted to fit male or female or kid, Adult, beast or whatever to your hearts content. They can be expanded upon later.

Yeah that was stuff I came up with on the fly when SK first mentioned an SG based around the Seven Deadly Sins, I figured it should be no more than 7, and that those little descriptions above that I came up with would be the best personifications. I will say, however, that these 7 will have to RP PERFECTLY together, or it will probably fall apart. I also like having SDS hidden as a special division of the regime.

Okay, Let's start with the basics. Male or Female? Origin and powers of choice?


I say male or female because this version can go either way in this timeline. Sure all of the members were male, that doesn't mean their vessels have to be male.

May I suggest a Female Corruptor, perhaps Rad/Rad, or anything with Rad secondary?

Why?

A) A female would bring a nice twist to the Regime Inc...

B) You know what a female thinks or would say more than most males would

C) Rad seems a more familiar powerset, and it's soloable, and very handy on teams (I'm slightly biased :P) also with Corruptors having Scourge, they need to get their scourge into substantiality before they get beat up, and RI also helps in not dieing, EF would work charms when worked in conjunctions with Scourge.

D) Winston Fairchild would be nice to use since Adam Barlow would be better as a Brute to provide irony in that SK sent drug-thugs against him. And you can mold a free-er story with Winston, seeing as we only know that he died in the act of love making...

I do like Malignes idea, but it is your character so.... There is lots of talent in these boards as far as imagination and writing, so just think of some basics and people here will be glad to help (me included). I can also draw female character much better than males :p just throwing that out there.

Just like the Silent World Order is a massive organization with its own factions built within it for achieveing the same goal, the Regime is a organization itself, with its' own factions (The Seven Deadly Sins/Special Division Services) to carry out the groups goals.

Basically they are understudies, just like the rest of the members to the actual leaders of the group (the 5 core members).

Re-wrote the story..just wanted to see which everyone liked more..I sort of like this one alot more...


“Snap!” The man went limp with a suddle whimper and it was over. The figure behind the now limb body placed it comfortably in a chair turned towards the tv, an action often done that could be easily seen from the window once the blinds were open which would come later. The shadowed figure placed the fallen books from the struggle in the appropriate place, his haking cough had given him away at an un oportune time and thus was forced to go through a bit of struggle. The man in question Morgan Grayson had had years before been diagnosed with a strain of diease similar to the Beubonic plague. He was put on a prescription to slow down the process, but he could only delay the inevitable, and it was catching up with him not to mention his body was still decaying. Make up was added on a daily basis to hide his horrific visage. He proceeded to exit the apartment, his mask rolled into a skull cap by the time he even reached the door. His outfit matched perfectly with that of an evening jogger, and he deftly exited the apartment complex in an innocent bystander sort of way. Jogging back to his hotel he flipped open a cell phone and murmured into it. He had finished another job and was content with how well it went, save for his little episode. Latex gloves were removed and placed in a bag, along with the sweats he had worn. Burning it all he placed the ashes in a bag. On his way to the airport the following day he at various intervals through them from his car. Morgan was always efficient with his work, he was meticulos, and he didn’t mess up, everything was planned. The plain man entered the airport and used the washroom, leaving minutes later with a black suit and tie he boarded his plane home to Toronto, Ca. He slept soundly on the flight looking simply like a buisnessmen home from a trip. His next hit would be his last, at 35 he was ready to retire, with the money from his grand father and the funds he had aquired himself and sent to various cayman islands he was sure he would be able to live comfortabley for these last few years he had. Morgan didn’t count on a team being inside his house, he was tired and should have noticed his door mat being 2 inches to the left, that was Morgan…..precise. He didn’t count on being immiedietly stun-gunned as he entered his home. He didn’t count on waking up next in a chamber full of Dark Pantheon chanting around a circle. He didn’t count on the man in the corner in a dark suit orchastrating it all. Morgan Grayson certainly didn’t count on revisiting his past and hearing his Grand father speak to him from no where. He didn’t expect to be bonded with his past. He was retiring, he didn’t need any of this, he was ready for a quiet life. His grand father consolidated with him. They would not retire, there was so much left to be done, but Morgan didn’t care. Morgan was content with his earnings thus far and was ready to spend his last years next to a camp fire in the wilderness reading somewhere. What he didn’t realize was that his Grand father could help him curse the disease. Morgan’s Grand father was bound to him. He would be given a mask to self adminastor a gas containing key strains of reptilian DNA. The gas would give him advanced senses and a reaction time much higher then his. The off set was that prolonged use would often times cause him to take on various reptilian traits. Morgan was stronger, faster, and more calculated. He no longer made that one mistake that lingered in his mind. He was back at his prime, but with all the knowledge of now. Morgans grand father commisioned a scientist to develop a stealth suit. Nanites were woven into it to project a reflection of light around him. Morgan had experience, patience, and now had access to stealth and an advanced perception. He sought out a group known as the Regime…this was definetly a whole new ball game.

Ok buddy, the only one I could get was Vice-Grip the others in all variations were taken. I also saved Lock-Jaw, I don't know why I though you said that, blame it on sleep depravation.

Also, created the VG! but the only way it would take it was as just Regime, The Regime, and The Regime Inc. said invalid names. Colors are Black and Brown as agreed. The symbols we liked are not available, so I picked one that looks kinda like a world globe in Wire design. You can change that when you get in game SK.

Commander Rancid is lvl 10 and will remain so holding the fort until the rest of you get in. Now, to get me some sleep.

Oh, also, I was doing a bit of RPing yesterday with the Commander and people started asking questions, like what were our goals?, and what would be our rule be like?, stuff like that. We need to talk about this stuff, I know we are to bring down the New World Order, but what after that? I said to appropriate some isles, and gather powers for further goals, and left it at that.... need to know kinda stuff :sarcasm: what do you all think?

Oh and the Commander got many compliments in game for the look, even had some guys asking to take screenies of him, hehe, a military dictator in the cover of GQ Paragon :eyebrow:

Well on a different note first of all, I have to restart my character..because I created another account on accident. So you'll have to hold off on that invite till Monday I think.

Here is a rundown of Regime's goals...
1.) Restore their reign of dominance. - Before their untimely deaths, the old members of the Order were at the top of the financial ladder of the United States. They were successful, powerful, and influential in everything they interacted with. Morgan's bid for a political seat was quickly on the rise and perhaps would have proved to be a deciding factor in their fate, if he had achieved it sooner.

2.) Destroy Sebastian Kain and his 'Empire'. - You would think this would be number 1, but it's not. With the wake of the Regime and the newly established members, growing each day, SK world as he knows it..is slowly crumbling at the seams. His members are turning against him, abandoning him, and even dying on him. He also isn't in his right frame of mind either. Easy pickens for the Regime to upsurp his reign.

3.) Develop their new lives. - Another perhaps selfish goal, is the restablish new identies for themselves in this world. The world that they live in now, is a very different place, thus ideas they may have had in the past are no longer valid.

4.) Assume control of the Silent World Order, and anything else. - Taking over the Silent World Order, will not only solidify them as a threat to the rest of the world, but it would also lead to such things that Sebastian Kain could not accomplish alone, such as Conquering the world as well.

These are just some of the ideas I had..I'm sure some of you have your own as well.

Hey guys, not trying to sound worried or anything but I can't help to notice we are not being very active on this VG. Other VG are constantly interacting and planning, plus I almost never see the members on. The only one I've seen on is Bamm. I still got Commander Rancid on hold waiting for the VG to decide what we are going to do. we discussed doing the VG thing together, as in leveling and doing missions/storylines as a group right? Could we have an in character meeting to discuss all this? I just don't want this to be another VG where we are all far away from each other in levels and can't play with team members due to it. Anyways, let me know what you all think...

Also, please post an updated pic of you characters please, so I can do my thing.
