Does anyone follow the COH comics? I think theyre so cool. It brings the game to life a lil bit more. Its so neat how, in the comic they refernce aspects of the game. For instance: Manticore says somthing about statesman along the lines of " Typical TANK always thinking of others first" and they have the hospital teleport system and stuff like that its so cool!!

does anyone have any ideas when the 5th one is coming out?

We get the comics automatically, so yeah we follow'em. As for when? Monthly.

I heard that they sometimes draw in characters that they've seen in the game. Is this true?

No, it's a myth. And that isn't the Xanatos you know you've seen there. ;)

(Yes, they have drawn in many characters from the game. ;) )

In fact, Issue 5 is going to have the winners from the recent contest drawn in it if I read that correctly on the main site.

Not anymore. The first 12 published by Blue King might've been possible since they were based around 3 "no-name" heroes (one of which is now displayed in Crotoa). However, this new batch being done by TopCow I believe will continue to focus on the Freedom Phalanx/Suriving 8 "big-name" heroes to sort of develop them better for us than the game can do seeing they just kind of stand there, letting you "train" off them.

Meh... The CoH comics may be crap by all standards, but I still wish I got them in England so I could see Xan every month. ;)

See...that's the thing though...I don't think they are crap...I still liked the previous story better but I understand why they made the change and I still get into this story too.
