howdy folks, Got an EM tank i've been working on, and was just looking for some power advice. most of you have seen Krash Overdrive at one time or another, and i've decided to take him out of mothballs and get a bit more in the way of levels for him, as such, I was looking to get some planning advice for him. so all of you awesome em folks go ahead and let me know your opinions about which powers are worthwhile, and which are "Teh Suxxorz"

Well, dunno too much about EM. Only tidbits I've picked up are:

Energy Transfer and Total Focus are da bomb. These are the two powers you take EM for.

Stun si more or less useless. Many of your powers have pretty high disorient anyway and do damage at the same time. I'm sure it has value, but not sure if it's worth sacrificing another power to get.

Whirling Hands is supposed to be pretty weak. But as your only AoE, I can't see you going without it.

If you need any help with the Invulnerability part (if that's your primary set?) I have a guid in the tanker section here.

Many of you may have noticed I seem to be going through the list of hero types and am moving from powerset to powerset. This is pretty accurate, I want to find the character that is right for me (fun to play with low frustration levels for me) so I basically am going on an Alt rampage. You should be seeing lots of these "Advice for such and such" here in the next week or so.

I figured it'd probably help folks out who are a little intimidated about trying something new in the way of a hero. I just wish all the good names weren't taken by folks who left.

Invul/EM is the bomb. ALomst never die and does above average dmg.

Yup. Only downside to EM/Inv is that you have allmost no multi-target attacks. Not a big problem in groups, but a real bitch to solo with.

Bonesmasher will be your best friend in the early levels, and you will depend on it the most. Especially considering you don't get ET and TF until levels 35 and 38.

Take it, and 6 slot it!

I am gonna make Rooftop Brawler into a Invul/EM Tank when my girlfriend gets the game, so I need to look into this stuff as well.. o.o

Edit
Does the build need Hasten? Just wondering.. and is Unstoppable a must?

Hasten is very good to have.

Unstoppable is a so-so power. Some take it, some don't.

I'd advise you to read the invuln guide in my sig to get a better grasp of the Invuln powers.

EM is pretty straightforeward as sets go.
