Hmm... No Travel Powers Eh? I won't give you a build right now (I'm too lazy for that.) but to follow my Philosophy
1. Get all Basic Attacks ( Thunder, Storm, Crane Kick and Eagles Claw) and At least 4 slot them.
2. Make sure you pick up Cobra Strike and Taunt, they Can be invaluable for thining out crowds before a Charge.
3. Don't bother Slotting Resist Physical Damage, or Hell Consider not picking up Resist Elements and Energies.
4. 6 Slot Unyeilding and Invincibilty. They Are your Friends.

If you want alot of damage, get the first three Attack powers and Eagles Claw. If you can spare the slots, Six slot them and the formula 5 Dam 1 Acc seems to work well. As Kurai said, get Unyeild and Invince. Save slotting your passives for last as they provide the smallest bonus.

If you want me to run the numbers on your Defense Powers, feel free to post on my thread in this section. I don't know the MA damage base values, but damage/acc SO enh are worth 33% and 20% for Def/Resist.

Actually, with Invincibility Having two Tohit SO's in it, your acc would be better than with 1 ACC in all your attacks leaving ALL slots for Damage. (Course I didn't Number Crunch on that, but It works DAMN well for me.)
