Hiya all, Tarky here. This message is mainly for the owners/admins of this site, When you delete a post, or a thread, its not 100% deleted, and to my knowledge, only a admin/mod can fully delete it. If you delete something, you want it Deleted, not being able to be read, or restored by anyone.

What I am asking is if the kind site operators could please change that, so when you click that delete button, you Delete it, for good. :)

P.S. This poll will run for 10 days :D

/seconded.

/thirded too.

I make plenty of mistakes and misposts that I have to delete. They get deleted because I don't want them to be seen.... by anyone. I am not comfortable that they are reviewable as things are now.

Edit it, and then delete it.

The delete system is a vBulletin 3 feature - its purpose is to esnure no abuse happens, and also it serves as an archiving purpose.

Sorry but the removal of the feature would require vicious hacking into the inner workings. Just edit the post first.

I'm gonna have to go with the admins on this one.
