Ok...I have been infected....is there a cure for internet/gaming geekness?

The other day I was at a retro rock show at an amusement park with my wife and daughter and the band began to play "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult....I had to do everything within my power to keep me from yelling "More Cowbell!!"
