Joe Everyman - Lvl 20/20/10 Illusion/Kin/Fighting Scraptroller
Genie Gold - Lvl 10 Illusion/Rad Controller (group oriented)

Joe's a little hard to describe. He has only two powers from Kin and four from Illusion -- and two of those are Group Invisibility (chosen in place of the Pool Invisibility) and Flash. (just another form of Blind) His entire build centers around Siphon Power, Blind and Decieve, and attacks from the Power Pool. On the bright side, he has soloed exclusively to level 20. I was JUST starting to see his damage dropping off, I'm hoping with Containment in I5 that trend will reverse itself.

He also exists in slightly different forms on different servers, which is why he has three levels instead of just one.

One of every kind, exept fire control. Dunno why, but I've never been happy with them.

I think the main reason I don't like fire control is that I'm not happy with the animations and f/x. I'd probably love the imps, but 32 levels to get em? No thanks. Plus, I like a lot of concept characters and I just didn't like the combinations. The closest one I liked was fire/rad but it still wasn't great to look at.

I have an alt fire/kin controller who's lvl 12 atm. I've tried to roll up a fire controller several times and hated it each time, but I'm loving this guy so far.

He's a super speedster who can create so much friction, he can create and control small fires. OK, maybe that's a stretch, but it's the best I came up with...lol.

The power that makes it worthwhile, believe it or not, was flurry. Slotted up it seems to be doing decent dmg, especially once I have something held. With smoke on the other mobs, I'm surviving a lot longer now.

I had flurry with Hot for Teacher for awhile then respec'd out of it. I found that even though it dealt more damage, if my holds ran out quicker than expected, I was toast. Of course, then I got fire imps and it was a moot point after that. :D

I mainly got it for the concept, but it's working well. I also tend to solo a lot, so something that helped solo was imperative. It was either that or air superiority or jump kick. I have AS on some of my other toons so I was familiar with the hold-n-pummel combo :)

Ok i have made a troller..this officially now lets me have tried at least every AT his name is Dante' LaFaye hes based on a pirate, swashbuckler , hopeless romantic type (no comments its RP dammit :P ))

at any rate i made him a fire/storm controller does anyone have any recomendations for a build? any and all help greatly appreciated.

You've posted in the wrong thread, here, but the best place to ask is in the fan art forum, or "Image Ink", as it is called. Look for a thread there called "Quakester's shop". You can also post a separate thread if you want to, I'm not sure if Quake is still making megas. That's what you want, a "mega", or the little cartoon avatar of your character. There are other styles, though, if you want them, just look around in the forum and you might get some ideas. There are other folks who make signature banners and avatars.

Mindscion is 48.5 Mind/FF/Psy (Epic), he's been a joy to play and I adore his powers.

Hurricane Brain is 34 Mind/Storm and while I've relied heavily on the storm side and superspeed, I also enjoy him.

Fire-Bug, is 7 Fire/Kin, I made him after seeing the frightening madness of high level Fire/Kin combos in play, rather interesting though appearently you pay for that high level effectiveness by being less effective early on.

Doc Fulcrum just hit 16, he's Kin/Grav its pretty effective if very tiring a set, I'm rather fascinated by all the junk he throws out and am tempted to make an alt that plays on the Junk aspect of Propel...

In general I'm a controller fiend, I enjoy other alts but the sheer possibilities for Controllers and combinations is visually fun, and tends to fit my personality of play.

I just hit 18 with Psi-Falcon and have to HIGHLY recommend this combo! No end issues and lots of control. Not bad damage as well. These sets are loaded with debuffs and holds, I can only imagine how good it may play in the PvP zones.

Gravity-Kid is a 12 gravity and kinetics controller. I've found him great for soloing as well as teaming. He can't wait to get his flight abilities.

Really? I team with a Mind/Rad who is 31 now and he cranks out the big damage numbers. Hmmm...right now Mind/Rad is starting to compete with Rad/Psy as the PvP 1v1 Champion.

I was purely support. My only two damaging attacks were Levitate and Dominate, which did piddly damage on their own - levitate had one slot for acc and dominate had 2 slots for hold, one for acc, one for recharge. I took almost everything from the /Rad secondary and that's what made it worth it. Until I got Ice Mastery, which later became Primal Forces, which later became Psionic, I did no damage alone. I was the AoE lockdown king!

Mass Hyp -> Total Dom -> Lingering Rad -> Mass Confuse -> EM Pulse

Plus anchors :P Let everyone else do the work I say!

It pretty much sucks until you get Dispersion Field and Phantom Army. I had a rough time with mine in the beginning. Helps if you have a dedicated team to mooch off of.

I don't plan on mooching either. Even if all I'm doing is passing out bubbles till I hit 18, I will be contributing in some form.

Sorry, mooch was the wrong word. I meant passive contributions, bubbles and buffs. Your holds are good too though so they will always be handy.

My Screamin' Mimi is a mind controller. She leveled up almost exclusively in TFs.
I had planned on redoing her to be a sonic char but I rather like the idea of migrane projection and mind control. :P

Mine is my main character Ledgerdemain level 50 Ill/Kin Controller. I love this power set, and I am finding it hard to find a combination that even comes close, in fun, with that. I will keep lookinh though. :)

After getting Dutch to 50 I've decided to make another Controller to toy with Frigid-Devil. I decided to go Ice/Storm for something completly different from Dutch's Fire/Rad.

All advice and suggestions are welcomed!

I love Ice/Storm. I will post Grae Blizzard's build for you. I reworked him with more PvE/STF in mind.
