Characters are a Black Blob

I sent a /bug and a /petition but I have yet to hear word. (This was almost three weeks ago.)

If I were to get information about someone in game their profile pic is just a black outline of them. It's the same thing when I go to choose a costume...its just a black outline.

This bug doesn't happen on my other computer...

Anyone know what's up?

Very likely it has something to do w/ your video card. I have the same problem on my laptop.

I get it on dad's computer, only in info.

Probably because the light thrown on the models in character creator and picture renderer is a little different from the one in the actual game.
If i were you, id give it a shot and update my graphics card drivers.

Are you running a ATI card? Even so, I think all you need to fix it are Omega drivers, did the trick for me.
