BAM!
As I leapt through the portal, all Hell was breaking loose. SpaceShips arcing through the sky, Similar portals? What was happening?! It was my proving year, and damned if it wasn't going to be a hard one.
"My god! What's happening?!" I said to myself.
A scream rang out through the cold night air. As I ran toward it, all I saw was red. It was a sea of blood. I didn't know what was happening, but I knew I had to prepare myself. I unsheathed my sword, ready for battle when a huge figure lurched toward me out of the shadows. I swung my sword toward it, nearly breaking it in two. I jumped back to see the monster that I was fighting. As soon as I jumped back, I felt a seering pain in my back, I turned around and I saw a rikti just looking at me. I'd just been shot, My suit took a good portion of the damage but I was still hurt bad... I tried to run away from these evil creatures when I was attacked by other heroes, thinking I was one of them... I woke up several hours later, in a Hospital. After knocking me out, the heroes seemed to take me here...
