Copy of a communiqué sent to Major Britain:
Major St.Martin
Given the events of today in London you are hereby recalled to active duty. A helicopter will be arriving at Paragon City International Airport to pick up both you and Sgt. Darling within the hour to ferry you to New York for your flight to London. The two of you will be briefed on your mission once you arrive at the Ministry of Defence.

Stephen,
I have been recalled to London given the events of today. I leave immediately with Sgt. Darling. While new to the position, your leadership as Field Commander will be put to the test right away. I have no doubt the rest of the Leftenants will support you Umbra Knight, the rest of the Patrollers as well. Have Chip take over Sgt. Darling’s duties while we are away. Once his background check clears, offer Chip a full time position.

Major Britain sighed and retrieved his military uniform from his office closet. He left his Dawn Patrol communicator on his desk; where he suspected he was going, he would not need it.
