Have to say, it looked promising, and I can see where SOE may have pulled some inspiration from. It reminded me of DCUO a lot: http://www.joystiq.com/2009/10/08/see-the-flash-superhero-game-in-action-before-it-disappeare/#continued
EDIT: Now that I've watched it twice, it may have been fun for all of 30 minutes, and after that it would have gotten boring. Probably should have approached the super speed a little different and honed in on the Flash's universe more-so then to throw him into a Spiderman, sandbox-esque environment with mundane tasks to complete.
