A Little More Team Unity....If you Don't Mind..

Now most of you know I'm as laid back as prolly as much I can be when it comes to the members of this team and it's 'activity'.

Now I get that most of you have others matters to worry about than the well-being of this team. (and that's perfectly understandable and fine with me)

But some of you aren't even partipating in the forums (new and old) or not even trying to make an attempt to attend our meetings on thursdays and saturdays..or even recruitment efforts...

Now with our newest members it seems like there has been a declined in their activity as well..(notice that before my computer went down in flames) and I don't know if they weren't really interested to begin with or not...(i'll try to send them an ingame email and such to find out what's really going on).

So I ask you for the final time (and I mean it), let me know right now in this thread...what days should be our meeting time and such..and will we be able to go through with them has planned...even in the midst of my absence?

I will be able to make most of them if they are on the weekend. And should almost ALWAYS be able to make them during the weekdays (as long as its not between 3:30pm and 6:30 pm EST 'That'd be my workout time...'). Since school is out I have alot of freetime. =\

Any time you want really, except Wednesdays right now. My afterwork life has been really busy lately and I haven't been able to play any games lately.

I'll also be gone all weekend helping my mom hang horse fence (yea it's what I get for being the "good" son). I'm the earlierst I can get back on will probably be Monday. I'll try to get on tonight, but no promises :(

my work schedule is nuts right now..however i am for the time being playing on monday nights and should be available all night for a meeting..thats all i can offer for now..in a few weeks things should return semi to normal.

it's your call SK, I'm unable to make the meetings right now (since my play times are after most east coasters bedtimes) maybe when the kiddo starts up school this fall and has an earlier bedtime i'll be able to, but right now, playing before 9:00 CST is pretty much out.

If it was my call...I would have said this is what it's going to be and this is how you should act. If you don't come that's ur problem..I'll find a consequence for you...

But it isn't just my call..I do this for all of us. For the good of the team and all that other stuff....

I want things to change..so I need everyone's input..regardless if they can or can't make it..whateva

With my kiddos, weekdays are unpredictable. I should be able to make most weekend meetings.

Play time is based on the kiddos and my school schedule. I have a relaxing semester coming up so, look for me to be around a bit more.

for the past week, (aside from thursday tussle) i've been going exculusively Q, with a definate effort in negotiating a deal to be able to hop on before kiddo's bedtime during the week for s.w.o. meetings (this weekend will be the big debate, after i sweeten wifeys disposition with gourmet cheesecake)

Given certain RL events my being able to show up or even play is unpredictable at best. :(

Monday and Thursday nights are the best for me, 9pm EST is the latest I can promise. Weekends can be ify depending on various activities. I will once again be unavailable this Saturday afternoon, family thing. I am almost always home Sunday mornings & nights, would this be a possibility for a second meeting day?

this weekend is a no go for any gaming (me and wifeys 1 year anniversary on sunday) so got super secret special weekend planned (with parents taking the little one who hoo!!!!!!!!)

RL has impeded severely on my playing time...I get on when I can...but I post at least once a day somewhere.

I can make any time that's not between 10pm and 8am on weekdays. (Not counting friday)

I am on usually every night during the week except Thursdays from 9pm EST till I fall asleep... On the weekends, 8am EST till nighttime I could be on, except that Saturdays will start to be just early mornings given my performance schedule with my bands.
