Figured I'd show off some the stuff I love to do. Love showing the stuff off as well. Working on a sig showing each of my characters they won't all be in their superhero outfits though. Plus they are still Works in Progress.

Hmmm...Civilian gear is cool with me...Jacket, T-shirt and jeans would work great with Quake...Would be nice if you could get his chest symbol on his shirt. :D

Oh and he does have blue eyes.

More then willing to attempt to make anything. They will more then likely be in civilian clothing though. So if you want something give me a general idea of what you want and any no-nos for the image. Oh and specify eye color, I think every head I've seen in game has blue eyes unless they were glowy. In civilian gear are they more likely to be dressed up or casual. If I am able to put together something that comes close to their superhero outfit would you perfer that to civilian wear?

It's bascially faded bell-bottoms and a light blue tube top. Eyes are blue but she wears dark, "John Lennon" style sunglasses.

Nah I love making pictures they may be slow though I can spend up to an hour just tweaking the pose just so. I've been know to start with one look and by the time the picture is finished the only thing that is the same is the person in it. OH most of my skins have tattoes on them so if you want a none tattoed skin or just no tattoes showing let me know. I have this thing about tats.

Oh Aye but right now we seem to be having some internet problems on both computers so he is thinking we may need another hub or something. So when he has a guild thing in SWG or is helping one of our friends complete a quest in SWG I try to stay off the internet but when we are playing just to play we are both on.

Be happy to Star and Tsa probably won't do these in any particular order. Have already started on Malibu, I think I will be able to do her almost totally in her Superhero outfit the only problem I think I will run into is getting the texture of the cape. Which reminds me is the outside of the cape the same as the inside?

Wow... now that's some impressive rendering. You're definately going to add to the artwork around here. :D

The only character of mine I think I'd like to see is Sandy. I'd love to see her rendered in a realistic fashion. Unfortunately, I think that if you don't have the options for a costume type of outfit, Sandy's robotic limbs and skeletal framework are out of the question...

Maybe as she was before the "transformation", though... here's her Crey Profile, (http://www.creyindustries.com/viewhero.php?id=2077) it's got quite a few pics, as well as the original concept sketch I drew of her. As mentioned in the profile, she would have been about fifteen (maybe as much as seventeen, I don't know how much freedom you have to adjust the age of your model) when she became a cyborg. She would have brown hair, and green eyes, although not quite so green (and glowing) as they are now. :D

Hi Redcat,

I'd like one of these for Randomus, but I'm not sure it's possible what with his robot arm sticking out. The hair color and color of the jeans are more correct in the first shot, but the second shot has little mini pics at the bottom for the facial look I was going for.. but the game lacks. Anyway, thanks for trying ahead of time.

No worries Kinetix we all have a laugh about the supposed endowement(sp) of the males and the overabundance on the females over at DAZ fourms. The Renderosity Galleries have soome very nice art in them. www.renderosity.com though I think you might have to register to go though the main art gallery.

I know this wasn't directly in reply to me, but while CoH Sandy has fairly bulky robotic parts, the original Sandy didn't.

I really hate my computer sometimes, right now it is giving me problems connecting to webpages, but that's not the worst of it. I had a picture almost complete just needed some final touch ups before the final render, figured I complete it last night after gaming except when I went to reload the picture to work on it. It opened up and there was nothing there. =( So having to redo it and only about halfway done now.

Might I suggest changing the dimensions of the image area before rendering to 'crop' some of the extra backgroud away from the left and right as well? :)

Can't afford Poser right now I use DAZ|Studio which is free, still in beta but free none the less. From what I understand the basic D|S will remain free with additional plug-ins that will be paid for.

I'm so blasted upset with my computer right now that I'm at the point of handing it to the BF and telling to do whatever it takes including reformatting if necessary tol make it work again. Probably needs reformatting anyway have so much junk on it that I don't know where to begin to start deleting it. But it might mean I'll be out of CoH for a bit can't for the life of me remember what I did with my CoH disk so might have to buy a new one.

Poser 6 is only $130.00 dollars and 6 is the latest version of Poser. Or if you want DAZ|Studio is free, still in beta though, doesn't not come with as much content as Poser 6 does but there is lots of freestuff out there for Poser and most of it works in D|S also for free is the base figures of V3 and M3 until the end of the year and until the end of October the base figure for A3 is also free. They can all befound at www.daz3d.com

I am getting my stuff reloaded on to my computer slow but sure, waiting for the new version of D|S as well since apparently the versioon that just came out has some bugs. Hopefully I'll have something new out by Monday, specially since Redcat looks so lonely in my sig right now. Really need to get busy and add in the the others as soon as I get them made.

It's a start for EB not happy with the hair at all but it's a start. What changes do you what to him so far? the more I look at this the more I hate the hair.

His hair is actually fire. Just so you know. When its not burning, its actually a short GQ style. Maybe a little more mussle tone, he looks very skinny. And smile when you say that. =) Other then that is a good start.

I would like to get one, but are you able to get tails?

Depends on what type of tail you want. I know for a fact I have a cat tail and a fox tail. The fox tail is more anime type but with the right texture and such quite workable.

hey RC, any ideas where some online umm.. tutorials might be for the following? (my wife just suprised the heck outta me with a box full of CD's) Bryce 5, Poser 4, imageview (i think) and a few other imaging software toys...

those places also have tutorials for Bryce, Photoshop and Paintshop plus several other graphics programs and modeling programs. Also for any questions you might have you can IM me and I can see what answers I can come up with. Ooo much better! Even tho one one but me would know it was EB. Hehehe. Can't wait to see him with is Yellows/Reds/Orange colors! Would like a little lighter color in the hair. Oooo a wisp of smoke over his hair would be keen. Or am I being too picky?

not at all one should be picky about any pictures made based on their characters. Will see what I can do Lightening the hair is no problem at all smoke will probably be postworked background will be different as well.

As long as you said I should be picky, how about hords of half naked women worshipping at my feet?

I have antennae, and no they are not part of my costume, they are actually growing out of my head :D
