Do mods still work in CoH?

I'm just asking because, with the MA and custom mobs, I've been needing to use Granite form a lot more recently, and it suddenly occured to me that I meant to ask here years and years ago if it would be possible for somebody to change the color of granite for me so that it's mud colored (the same color as rock armor, preferably).

I never liked the idea of a guy who is supposed to be able to morph himself into mud and earth suddenly turning into a giant rock monster. Especially since those rocks were so... Rock colored. Is this still possible?
