Finished this up for ya couple hours ago Link. Enjoy, it'll replace all large graffiti of NWO with SWO.

Can you entirely change the text to anything you want? That type of thing could make like a cool avatar with the character name or something.

he made the graphic customized...its not like a prompt where you put in text.

true each, mod is a unique piece of "new art" as I call it so they can't always be stamped out easily. at the same time however, yes I can make that say or look like whatever I want.

NWO= New World Order, I think...

yea NWO is definately New World Order. a phrase popularized by pres bush(the first 1) in an address, though it had been used plenty in the past. the phrase gained momentum after being picked up by mass conspiracy nuts
