Siggy Shrinkage Issues

Hey all, I could use a little help, my Dr. Flamestrike sWo Siggy is built off of Rottie's template, and a tad too high based on our 120pixel high guidelines. However, everytime I shrink it down, it looks like utter crap. Anyone want to try and take a shot at making this look better at 120 height?
