Good Ice/Ice build?

So I've decided to make one of my alts "The Canadian Fist" into an Ice/Ice tanker, now I've done some research and I'm pretty familiar with the primary but does anyone have any advice on the secondary? Also recommened power pools would be nice :D (I'd like to fit super leap in there if possible).
