Knight Rider 2008

So I was reading about this over on the Champions Online forums... Knight Rider is back and the car is a Ford Mustang this time around, voiced by Val Kilmer. The Hoff appeared in the pilot and is expected to show up in the series again at some point.

I watched the pilot TV movie when it was on back in February. It was very cheesy, and unfortunately not the fun kind of cheesy like the original series was. I don't think the new series has debuted yet, but I'm expecting it to do about as well as the new Bionic Woman show did (which is, not so much).

Pilot was... lame. KITT was just crap tech this time. Nobody can replace the Hoff.

I hope it burns in bad acting hell. I watched the NBS sneak peak, and it was just HORABLE. The car was at least cool. It could change from the one type of ford to another type of ford. From car to truck to SUV. So that at least was new. But Kitt's voice was just HORABLE. It lacked whe the orginal had. Should have kept it british.

Saw the ad for this. My kids didn't think KITT when they saw the car they thought Transformers, go figure.
