Well? I am interested to see who else thinks that I am an XY instead of an XX. Xan, AG, Mike, and everyone else with the power, PLEASE do not delete this thread. This needs to be out in the open.

I'm not gonna lie Sally. For a while before I really talked to you..I thought u was some guy. (like the whole Ms./Mr. Liberty deal that's another matter)

But over time i realized that you are a girl..or at least appear to be one. So I think u are a girl. Hands down..

but u do realize that this is the magic of the internet..people are always going to question who u are and what u are and always pretend to be something u not.

I'd just like to state for the record I am not voting Sally, I apologize publicly, for singling you out with my angst at the smuttiness of this forum section. It's your thing, do what you wanna do.

Still don't like the smuttiness.

I vote girl.

At first I thought the same as in SK's post, probably a guy who just digs on the attention, but after posting and playing with her, it is easily apparent that Sally is a Woman. but that's besides the point. The point is, wether or not Sally is a Womyn or a Man shouldn't matter to us (unless we're dating or something, cause that could be awkward)

now hopefully this will end with Sally posting a new pic, Esbat going "Hachii Machii" and all will be right in the world again.

Frankly I don't have any doubt that you are telling the truth. Ink's assessment seems pretty damn far out IMO.

That said, this is the internet. For months after they posted here, I was under the impression that both Sable and Esbat (yes, Esbat) were female. Plus I'm under the impression that some people were surprised to discover Tarby was a man. More over the whole Ms. Liberty thing is not likely to be forgotten any time soon. Few things can be taken at face value on the internet and suspicion, no matter how well you think you know someone, is still pretty much the universal rule.

Bearing that in mind, please try to calm down. It was a misunderstanding that I hope won't take long to clear up with as little pain and drama as possible.

@ Ink

I would suggest clearly explaining yourself. Personally I'm curious as to what the hell prompted this and how long you thought as much and frankly, you owe Sally and explanation.

EDIT: About the man thing, not the smut thing.

I wouldn't go so far as to say liar, but I've seen several people that claim to be women exposed as men on forums. Ms Liberty is the most glaring example. I also watched the Hero Games forum all but implode when 2 of the most frequent posters, that clamed to be a lesbian couple (one of which said she was pregers), were discovered to be one man. I'm not saying it's a bad thing for people to portray themselves as whatever they want to on the internet. We even had someone on these forums admit to being a man while he's been protrayed as a woman for a long time. I have no problem with that. I'm just saying that looking at the way most women post and looking at the way Sally posts there does create doubt. No offense.

I'm not truly sure, and in all honesty, I'm with Maz in that it doesn't really matter. However, assuming that I've been right about other folks that I have felt were really women, then I'm probably right when I say that you are.

And besides, if there are people who DO think you're a man, fine, there've been people who thought I was a woman. :D So in the end it all balances out...

For months after they posted here, I was under the impression that both Sable and Esbat (yes, Esbat) where female.

For the record, that was the same impression that I got about Esbat. However, that impression didn't really last long, I quickly figured out he was male, and of course, now it's obvious. More than likely, it's because he started out playing female characters.

Having had people think I was male before, I have to say Sally's female. That's mostly an assumption on my part by the way her posts read, though. IF she's a guy, she's a very femmy guy. O_o

What? Who cares?

Smuttiness isn't my "thang" either, which is why I ignore those threads. I could care less who has X or Y chromosomes here.

EDIT: The poll needs a "Who Cares?" option.

What? Who cares?
I don't think most people do.

I assume everybody on the internet is a guy, 95% of the people that play MMO's are most definately guys. Especially ones whos avatars and whole image is that of a hot blond chick, most girls i know dont flaunt digital pixels. I dont know you well sally, but the simple fact that nobody here has seen you or heard you, leads me to belive that you are a guy.

Sorry to be so honest, but until you prove us wrong i'll keep on assuming you are a guy, it dosent bother me at all, hell i remember playing on a new EQ server back in the day as a Female DE Enchanter and i played it off, i got all sorts of free crap for it. I dont do it anymore, but i understand why some guys do it, they get more attention.

**Im on a roll for offending people today im sure, been doing it all over the place.

Since the consensus seems to actually be that either they believe you or don't care, Sally, I gotta lock this thread before it gets out of hand.
