Venture Bros. - The Lepidopterists

I just watched this week's Venture Bros. and I was rather on the edge of my seat the whole time. I love the angle the Monarch is playing off of Dr. Venture's Shorty McShortpants brother. Also loved the continued exploits of the invincible, invulnerable, immortal, and utterly inept Henchmen 21 and 24.

I'm still waiting for those bastards to send me my Rusty's Day Camp shirt. It was the week 5 shirt, and their going to be up to week 10.

I loved the shirt because as I was watching the video commentary, Doc and Jackson said they got the idea from a summer camp in New York called "Young People's Day Camp". They have this balloon mascot that would fly around telling you how great the camp was and to tell your parents to book your trip.

The new episode was great as always. I like how they keep exploring the characters more with this season. It's great to see the Triad guys, because Dayna Snyder as The Alchemist is friggen hilarious.

And the best part was the new Henchman 1... he had everything going for him --knowledge, skills, planning, equipment, etc.-- and he was just there to show how right Monarch is about 21 and 24. I almost felt sorry for him, but I was too busy feeling sorry for Brock who didn't get to play with the giant deathray toy.


I do think Jonas might be a little too on the ball, though. I mean, he's got his own Voltron-type robot now? With one piece designed so even Ned can participate... effectively?
