Shady Gatherings: SGI meetings redux.

Being that the play sessions don't really give us much time for any substantive RP, characters or story development, I'd like to get back to holding online meetings. In addition it also helps us to develop our friendships and team spirit.

Is AIM still good for everyone? What days and times work best? I want to get as many of us together as possible.

Some items on the agenda the first reboot meeting would probably be:

What is Shades of Grey? What are our goals?
How best to get RP momentum going again. What more would you like to see from me in encouraging RP?

AIM works fine for me. Like I said, I'm online all the time anyway, as Shardre, Aegis, and Suede can attest to. Screen name for those who don't know is Khaos Daughter.

The only days that would give me trouble are alternating Saturdays and Sundays (I'd have to give the exact days, I'm afraid...) because of a couple PnP games Suede and I are in. Otherwise, it's simply dependent on my work schedule and I'm never there (God willing...) later than about 6:30 pm Pacific.

Likewise, most evenings are free for me. Tuesdays of course go to CoH, and Wednesday I tend to do other gaming. I might be starting to attend a figure drawing class Thursday nights, but otherwise my evenings are free after 6pm PST.

So how do we feel about Mondays then?
Starting probably on Monday after next, April 28th.

Mondays are generally good around 6:30, 7:00 or so :d

I do hope people are still checking these boards. It feels rather empty as of late. I'd like to have a meeting tonight, if possible. Post here if you can make it.

I have been thinking about the origins of Shades of Grey and how the original detectives meet up with one other. It occurred to me that it might be easier to work with if we retconned the history a little and had Aether open up Nocturne Crossing before he opens up the agency.

This way the club could become a sort of beacon to all the types of characters that'd be drawn to a detective agency. Perhaps an event in or around the club could lead some of the "customers" there at the time to start working together to figure out what happened.

Ah, finally remembered my password for once!

I do read the forums, just so you know :3 I've tried to be around in case there are any meetings.

And I'm totally open to whatever story ideas you have, the bar thing sounds promising for sure!

Heck, even I read here, from time to time, Aether, so don't give up. Hope things are going good with you and you keep up your detective agency. ;)
