In addition to First Aid, Cooking, and Fishing, all characters can take on 2 proffesions. The current available proffesions are:

M - Mining - Obtain ore from mineral veins and smelt it into bars. (Gathering profession)
E - Engineering - Create mechanical devices and explosives, such as grenades, explosive sheep, mechanical pets, and many others. (specialize: Goblin or Gnomish Engineering)
J - Jewelcrafting - Create jewelry such as rings and trinkets, and create gems for items with sockets.
B - Blacksmithing - Create metal goods, such as weapons and armor. (specialize: Armorsmith or Weaponsmith. Further specialization for weaponsmiths: Swordsmith, Axesmith, or Hammersmith) (Crafting profession)

S - Skinning - Skin dead creatures for leather, pelts, and scales. (Gathering profession)
LW - Leatherworking - Create leather goods such as leather armor and armor kits. (specialize: DLW: Dragonscale, ELW: Elemental, or TLW: Tribal Leatherworking) (Crafting profession)

H - Herbalism - Gather herbs from the ground and some dead mobs. (Gathering profession)
A - Alchemy - Create potions, elixirs, flasks and other alchemical goods. (specialize: Master of Potions, Master of Elixirs, or Master of Transmutation) (Crafting profession)


EN - Enchanting - Add enhancements to items, such as stat boosts and special properties, and Disenchant items for enchanting supplies.

Some proffesions benifit from another. The above proffesions have been grouped together in complementing pairs.

How we run the guild is up to you guys. I'll keep the Guild Master status only as long as needed. If someone wishes to take over you're more than welcome to. Officer, Vetran, member, and iniate status are just formalities so far so if you want to be promoted past member just say the word.

No, because this is a CoHGuru based WoW guild. Thus the reason it's in the Asylum. If you want, it could be moved to the Party Place, but I have no interest in joining another fourm just to hang out with people that I already hang out with on this fourm.

I think it's a flat $25 fee to transfer from any server to any server. I think the only you can't do is from a non-PvP to a PvP server.

I like Tabard 3. Though I do like the symbol on 2 better. :)

Looks like there will be be leather for all you shamans, since I'm Skinning/LW as well. :D

Edit: Btw, I would say Horngrimm is an "Alt" as I am playing Tomolanthos more. And Horngrimm doesn't have any skills, but Tomo has Sk/LW.

This is funny, because this is the first time I've had much success with a warrior. This guy is kicking almost as much ass as my hunter normally does. I've managed to take on two -1 mobs plus one even elite mob and still survive... of course, I had to use two health potions, but I did it! :D

Yeah, I think so too. Another reason I want to play him despite him being a little crappy. Honestly, I'm surprised how fast you can level with minimum effort in this game... Mudhorn has died a lot, and I haven't really even played him that much, but he has still managed to hit 13 in just a day or so.

Well the faster leveling from 20-60 should really help a lot, honestly I haven't experienced it, so all I can say is before the patch, 20-60 is PAINFUL!

yea I'm just at the point to do that gap, I think 4 mabey 5 of us are actually so we'll be able to see the difference.

Still it was pretty easy to hit 60 before the patch, took me a month and a week tho that's roughly 16hrs a day 5-7 days aweek :P

One thing to try to avoid in WoW is falling victim to making alts. Once you find a class you enjoy, stick with it and you will level quickly. Also, if you get stuck on a quest, go to WoWwiki for help. Every quest is listed there with the exact coordinates for where to go and what to do. It does not play it for you but helps alot.

Yea, but you have to mess with RFK to get him. But a good thing to keep in mind is what the pet eats. I don't know the diets, but I know there's a bear in Ironforge area that eats literally anything.

I transfered Jathix my lvl 47 Undead Priest to the server last night and got a guild invite. I made a silk pack and put it in the guild bank. Didn't have the rune cloth to make Runecloth bags or the mooncloth for the mooncloth bags he can make. :P

Just give a shout in-game when you are ready to do it. I am sure you may be able to assemble a group. The lower instances are not as essential to have the "right team make up" like the upper level ones. Even if you don't have any quests to clear there it can be fun just to do it.

Bears are a good pet, as they eat anything. I also found that as a horde hunter, I liked the Crokolisk, for almost the same reason.

A boar also makes a good pet. I think they also eat anything.

Honestly though. Just get whatever you like. Just make sure you get other animals to learn new skill to rain on your main pet.

Gotta tame 'em all! :) Just like classes, try em to see which fits your play style... and which matches your outfit then use the petopia link to read up on them. The first stable slot only costs 5 silver so you can put your current pet there and go get another one. (2nd slot costs 5g WTF?)

Walked into WC instance Saturday first mob was level 20 Elite (crazy cow druids). So full team of 18-25s minimum. I"d like to get in WC and the keep if I could (I love those warwolfs :) ) Same deal pretty much anyweeknight after 8pm est with warning or anytime on Sat and Sun.

Several of us ran Ragefire Friday, full team of 5 with level ranges 12-16 and did find despite level 13-16 elites (ok we had a very good PuG member named Deva along and a questionable hunter who got a bit excited and would often take an odd first shot)

My high level characters are on Cenarion Circle where I started playing at launch with Tyranny and Jaiden, my mid level characters are all on Earthen Ring where I recently started playing with RL friends, and now I'm starting new ones on The Scryers... Somehow the whole thing works out. :p
