OK, Xan wanted to let the associate dealy be on by default. I'm not so sure one way or the other. So let's celebrate my indecisiveness with a poll. Let me know -> Enable Associates by default or Leave them off by default.

Just edit the main profile for your char. There is a box to check for allowing people to list you as an associate.

But yeah I think it should be turned on by default. The main problem I see with it would be that people would associate with you when you don't want them to. But this can esentially be done by the suerveilance reports anyway.

Like Poison said - an option to turn it off would be awesome!

I chose yes because there are people who haven't touched their Crey reports in months, and if you really want to link them you can't. Setting the default to on would eliminate this problem. It's easier to turn it off then someone going through the hassle of getting you to turn it on.
