There was a talk about this before. The 18 years old thing is a legal issue and they dont really enforce it other than the warning. They dont care as long as you dont care. ;)

I'm pretty sure there's a large chance that the actual age of the tester would come into play if he/she were to actually break the NDA.. Which is why you don't get caught! :lol:
