I used to work at a call center for a Network Administration consulting company, and let me tell you, some people really don't need to own a computer. Or any electronic device for that matter. Anyway, there are also some "classic" calls that come in that under any other circumstances would have you laughing your ass off it wasn't you that had to deal with the person.

These sound clips have been around for awhile but they still crack me up. Just thought I would share it.

That second one hits close to home. Why do people always want all your information when they are pissed at you? Isnt that the exact time you wouldn't give that info out? People are idiots...pure and simple.

I don't know what it is but when a service doesn't go exactl;y like they wanted people get very pissy. Or if they cant understand why it is the way it is they get REAL pissy. SO if they dont understand it must be YOUR fault....anything but there own stupidity.
