Its your chance for fame... or rather, one of your characters' chance to be made famous.
Pitch an idea for a film or tv series based on one of your City of Heroes/Villains characters.
Your pitch should include a screenshot (or other art) of how your character will appear, who will play the lead role of your character (as well as any major supporting characters), and at least a basic plot.
You can also include other details, such as MPA rating you are shooting for, descriptions of special effects highlights and/or other Hollywood stuff (B&W film, animation style if not live action, etc), specifying genre (assuming it isn't a basic comic book/action movie), music (main title theme, battle music, love song for romantic interest, and/or others), and so on.
The winner will be chosen by the previous winner (but I'll start the selection process). If your submission doesn't win, you can always re-enter it in a later round, but you must make notable edits to upgrade your pitch.
The Rules:
You can use any actor/actress not named in the previous winner's entry. This only applies to the immediate previous winner, not all prior winning entries.
You can use other people's characters as supporting cast if given permission.
You can also use as supporting cast any named NPCs from the CoH/V environment as long as they are portrayed in a manner consistent with their game/comic book behavior.
