Ok... Is it just me or have we lost some posts/threads? I know the server was down last night but what happened?

It appears to be a forum rollback, perhaps over the course of a day. I haven't verfied that answer, but I'm sure that's what it was.

They changed webhosts and I guess they forgot to backup the database just before moving.

All the guru sites went MIA last evening for a while. The Wowguru.com one said something about moving servers, and pretty much all the rest were placeholder web pages.

I lost several. Fortunately, my memory's not too bad. I just have to retype everything I posted yesterday. :|

Looks like they moved servers and had a small rollback.

On the other hand, the Guru server going offline pretty much forced me to get back in the game I'm paying monthly dues for every month. I got to run Mary O'Knickers around for a little while and get halfway to Level 34. It was great. :)

So who merged the two threads here, anyway? :p

Not that any of you care, but here is the origin of that phrase.

I'm naturally a smart ass, so one day my girlfriend says something about how whatever we were eating was just so damn delicious. I, in turn, responded with the now infamous phrase:

"Oh yeah? Well so is your momma's sweet ass!"

I got slapped, and told to never do it again. But I kept it up and eventually her friends started saying it, then her sister, and then her sisters' boyfriend. It's spreading like wildfire! You just watch, one day you'll hear someone you know say it and you'll be amazed that it's traveled that far...in your momma's sweet ass!

It true.... He got slapped, and told never to do it again, and now EVERYONE I know and hang out with says it.... *sigh and grumble*. Thats what i get for living with a smart ass. The sad part was, I knew what i was getting into.
