..........Sorry, I'm way behind on the news. I've wanted Squirtle to be in the game since the original Super Smash Bros., since I hate Pikachu and.. wtf was with Jigglypuff? Honestly I wanted Squirtle to replace Pikachu, but hey.. he's in the game as a single part of a three man team, guess I'll get over it. I got what I wanted in some form, why complain.

..Anyway, for this useless topic.. anyone excited about Squirtle, Ivysaur or Charizard? Or the dorky Pokemon Trainer himself? I believe it's Red, who was translated into Ash in the anime.

Wait, I don't get this. Is it like how Zelda could transform in Melee? Do you choose the Pokemon trainer then throw out different pokemon to control?

Yep, the trainer just stands in the back and you control either of the Pokemon. The down+B move switches between them: Squirtle->Ivysaur->Charizard->back to Squirtle. You are supposed to switch between them since they get weaker during the fight.

Away from that all, I'm very excited about the gamer overall. Only Diddy Kong could have been left out so far...

Awesome. I just got hit by a wave of Pokemon nostalgia... Thinking about going to get a DS and one of the newest games.

Edit: Mario's still better. :p

Charizard was the prize of my collection, when I was into those cards. I forget how many I traded to get it... but it was worth it. Charizard > ALL.

When I was 12, I gave my friend a pokemon booster pack and some other **** for his birthday.

He opened it up and happened to get a Charizard. Talk about birthday luck.:mad:
