Global Chat Issues

I've been having a slight issue with the Global Chat system lately. That issue being that I have to quit a channel and rejoin it everytime that I log into a character for it to register. Is anyone else having that problem?

Oh, and if anyone is on the Concrete Gurus, would you let them know that I'm having this problem and not ignoring any hellos or such on Global just in case?

I have the problem that every time I zone or enter/exit missions the stupid thing defaults to local channel. Really, REALLY ticking me off. I've bugged it but haven't even received the complimentary email.

Yeah I'm having that too -- but I never talk in local so I took it off made CoHGuru the default, but, it goes to "global" everytime I zone out instead of staying in "chat", so that didn't fix it...

Also annoying, if I have the CoHGuru list up and zone out, it goes to my Server Friends list...

I'm on the Concrete Gurus channel anytime I'm on, but I haven't ever noticed you being on Afterglow. I will definitely watch for you though. My global chat handle is @Captain Jupiter.
My regular playing time is late in the evening.
