Malibu Sally

Just had a falling-out with the Superbabes over various issues so I'm now groupless. Who has openings? :(

to the best of my knowledge, the S W O Is actively recruiting members

*stands back and awaits the stampede*

I think you should hold a contest Sally. The winner gets to invite you to their SG.

Honor Society could use a new librarian... and maybe a lifeguard for the campus pool. :D

Laundry rooms would be full 24/7 then rotty...

Well sally, I think you should try some of the bigger supergroups, Ala Defenders of paragon, etc, mainly because you can usually find a good group in those places.:)

The Centurions would of course always welcome you, Sally. And we have no special theme which you need to fit.

Agreed. If you take an interest in us...you are welcome to apply for a position.:sk:

Indeed... come to the S W O. Quake and I recently joined in alt form, so you'll have the sort of protection that only two blasters playing melee classes and having no idea how vunerable they really are can provide!

I am going to hold off joining a SG for a bit. This past weekend soured my opinion of them considerably. I know there are good ones out there, I just need some time to recover.

I can recommend a few of my groups.
The Knights of Paragon (Virtue server): I can get you into this one as I'm an Elder Knight. http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=11614&TabID=96180
The Shades of Grey Investigations (Pinnacle server): Thread found here in Supergroups. I can get you in here.
PAYROLL (Virtue server): Thread also found here in the Recruitment Centre of Supergroups. I can get you in here.
The Knights of the Round Paragon (Virtue server): Naked Dwarf can get you into this one.
The Unwanted (Virtue server):This one may not be your cup of tea. It's mainly for lone types or soloers. I'm the leader and it's awfully small. :chuckle:

Those are the supergroups I'm a part of. Otherwise I can recommend Justice Force which I'm not a part of. Kind of free promotion to a group I don't belong to. :)

The liberty lords are always open to anyone who wants to join. we are a merc group, so you will get a salary. We are located on the justice server, and Seem is our leader, (he is actually my character) so email me on justice if you wanna join or just say something here.

she could make an alt on another server. and Next time Xanatos, think of your own name, dont use a star wars character.(still he is a kewl character)

NeoMatrix, your insults/derogatory comments are uncalled for and not appreciated. Please take them elsewhere.

You may not be aware of this - but the name "Xanatos" is an alternate spelling of "Thanatos" who was the greek god of death. I chose to go with the alternate spelling as it gave the whole "X-man" vibe. My character was not inspired by the "not-very-well-known" Star Wars character of the same name.

Best of luck finding the right group for you Sally. Apologies for derailing the thread.

 Please, everyone knows you stole that name from my Xanatoast character!

I find it ironic that a guy who stole his name from the Matrix would come down on somebody else for using what he perceived to be a borrowed name.

I always have room for ya Sally! Come give Quake a hug! :naughty:

On a slightly more serious note, take your time and find the SG that fits you best. Or just join SWO. :D

Tarberetta
06-08-2005, 01:27 PM
Only one I can think of offhand is the SWO.

Only other group I'm in is KR and you need to have a cat character to get in there :tarby:

Meltman

Yes. The SWO. You know you want to.

Xanatos, i am sorry for two things, 1 for accusing you of some thing you didn't do. 2 derailing the thread. But the justice server is always looking for new players

Did'nt Sally say like a page or two back that she was gonna hold of for awhile?
That being said: SWO.

LOL
Talk to one of my many characters, Squire Obsidian. He understands your pain. He's a rock troll. :) He's always hungry.
Just ask the leader of the supergroup he's a part of: The Shades of Grey Investigations.
Recently we had to go out and get a new refrigerator. Secretly he foraged so much out of it that he broke the darn thing. Actually he was using old cheese inside it to attract more rats to eat. :D

When I left my first SG I stayed solo for a few months, was kinda nice but got boring after a while.

I know of lots of SGs, all depends on what you are looking for in one

Preferably one where I don't have to come up with some convoluted bio the size of "War and Peace" in order to join.

Cryogentic

lol, Cryo's bio is 3 lines long and tells you nothing directly about her. Haven't had any problems.

I ment more of, heavy RP group, no RP, light, RP, require lots of activity, are very active, are blaster only, or restricted in some way.

Malibu Sally if you are still looking for a SG check us out. We do RP but it totally depends on the group you are playing with at the time. We are medium in size and have alot of lite-hearted fun..no "War and Peace" bio required, just a good sense of humor and a genuine enjoyment for the game. Love to have you if you are interested.

Of the six groups I belong to, two are casual, play whenever you want groups.
Of course none of them are really mandatory in any way as to how one plays.

On Virtue, I'm with Knights of Paragon who require just a sponsoring knight and app at their website. No pressure on play though. Most of their RP is handled at their forums.
The Knights of the Round-Paragon I have little info to give you. Naked Dwarf would be the person to ask about this one.
PAYROLL is a small group of merc types. Some RP but very little actively as a group.
Then there's my group, The Unwanted (formerly The Outsiders), which is a lone-type, soloing bunch mostly. We still only have six members who are rarely around. LOL

On Pinnacle, The Shades of Grey which is an investigative group that does concentrate on RP.

On Justice of course, we have the Bird Watch. A group that is as casual as you want to be. All a bunch of birds that was formed from Guru members here.
