New game coming out for PC, and as I learned about it, 360.

Check, check, check, check, check it out (http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/13961/SpiderMan-Friend-or-Foe-Screens-Trailer/)

For the first time ever in a Spider-Man game, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe features a unique co-op mode in which a friend can join the game at any time and take control of Spider-Man’s sidekick as they battle through the game side-by-side and replay favorite levels.

Who's "Pider-Man"? :P

Hmmm... What do these graphics remind me of? (http://media.teamxbox.com/games/ss/1789/1184192621.jpg) Something... Hm.

Seriously, although it seems to be based on the movies (the Goblin armor and Doc Ock look like the movie versions) there's something "kiddie" about it. The characters have that big head, little body look, although it's sort of subtle. It does look like they're aiming for a younger audience, though, not the realistic look they've been going for with other Spidey games lately.

I agree a bit on the graphics, I definately noticed it but if it plays well I'm fine with it.

Who's "Pider-Man"? :P

Yeah....about that....I can't type well

Eh. I wish they'd gone even more cartoony than this semi-realistic crap. You don't buy a Spider-man game for it's realistic design and proportions.

Pider-man, pider-man, does whatever a pider...can...

Anyway, I'm not so sure about this game, Stan Lee said the target audience was 8-12 year olds, probably going to be too easy or too kiddie to be any damn good.

Heard that too, but I think the game is a cool concept and I'll probably at least give it a try.

Did you see Morgan's interview with Stan last night on G4? Poor guy seemed so out of it until you notice he was looking at himself on the TV screen LOL

Stan Lee's been pretty out of it for the last 10-15 years. It's really sort of sad.

Since when has Spider-man had a sidekick? at least an official one anyway. Steel-Spider might count, and that would be mega-cool!

But I did see a pic of Iron-Fist, so maybe he is one of the playable, but then there are other pics where it looks like his enemies are actually fighting with him, like Sandman, Green Goblin, Doc Ock, so maybe you can play villains too. O_o

Yeah, uh, thats kinda the point of the "Friend or Foe", did you clicky the link? Watch the movie?

Yeah that may've been a bit to heavy on the pressuring thing but I is excited and excitable.

I didn't click the link earlier to watch the video cause I don't have sound at work, so I didn't see the point.

Personally, I'm hoping that you can play any two characters, whether or not that includes Spider-Man. It might be cool to play as a couple of villains, say Doc Ock and Goblin, or team up Venom with one of the backup heroes like Iron Fist.

I do wonder if it'll all be melee combat, though, or if there will be more ranged fighters, like Hawkeye. At the moment, it doesn't look like it. Probably keeping it simple for the kids, again.

If it's fun and the gameplay is smooth then it probably won't be that bad, but that's a really big if.

The screenshots make it look like it's one step away from being one of those Lego games. Personally, I had my hopes up for that Spiderman 3 game, but I heard it's pretty crappy, so I guess I'll just stay with my Ultimate Spiderman. It's hard to find a better spidey game than that one, even though it's pretty short.
And if you really want Spiderman coop, you can always play Marvel Ultimate Alliance...

Ultimate Spidey I think got a slightly lower rating and I am tempted to still try the Spider-Man 3 game because its supposedly a good movie game, and at least pretty good comic game, but the Spider-Man 2 game was really good, dunno if better then 3

Really, when there is a Morgan to look at why look at yourself.

Looks like maybe its based of the cartoon? There is a new cartoon right? I forget. Innovative combat system, believe when I see it.

If Spider-man does everything that a spider can, does that mean he gets eaten after sex?

He could be...but Mary Jane has enough needs to keep her around.

Also, I hold by my opinion that Mary Jane may be the hottest consistant comic book character in a super hero comic who is actually not a super hero(I think I covered enough bases to stand by that)

I think you're way off, but then again I've always been a Gwen Stacy guy.

And I think that "eaten after sex" only goes if he has sex with the Black Widow.

Well, then again Sol I'm such a huge fan of Spidey, and the hole story since I was like 5, so for most of my life I've watched Spidey and Mary Jane.

Anyways, can't find the pic I really wanted, but this'll do (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/38422863/?qo=71&q=Mary+Jane&qh=boost%3Apopular+age_sigma%3A24h+age_scale%3A5)

Edit: Here's (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/36562459/?qo=4&q=Spider-Man&qh=boost%3Apopular+age_sigma%3A24h+age_scale%3A5) the one I meant

If the Steel Spider was in that game I would buy ten copies.
