I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but for those who have been unable to change their costume in ICONS recently, tech support contacted me that they're working out a fix for it, but in the meantime, the following method will get around it:
1: Go into the costume editor
2: Go into the body scaler, and change something like the legs or whatnot
3: Move it back to the origional size (you'll know where it is because the list of charges at the bottom will reach zero)
4: Make your desired costume changes
5: CLose out the costume editor the normal way.
This should allow you you to change your costume as desired. I gave it a shot with Mags, and I'm proud to say he has his origional armor back, fresh with some body mods to boot.
