Well, Ronin is none other then.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ........................CLINT BARTON!!!!

The New Avengers get some classic blood after all. After Ironmans forces leave the abandoned Sanctum Sanctorum, Clint Barton shows up and Strange reveals the new avengers to him. after a bit of "I Dont trust him" and Clint saying he wants to stick it to Stark and do somthing to honor cap, Wolverine offers him the Ronin Costume since he dosent have his hawkeye gear. So Clint Barton is back. Very Happy about that. I love Hawkeye :D

Laaaame. I wish I could say it was a surprise, though.

Why bother killing a character if you only plan on bringing him back? Especially if you're bringing him back as a different character?

Next thing you know, Clint will kill someone with his fingernail.... :look:

My feelings about the Ronin character aside, I will say it's nice to see Clint back in action. :)

Which is the most important part :D. Now just gotta wait till he gets his bow back and then he'll be hawkeye again

It will be very nice to see Clint back, Hawkeye or not.

We figured he was Ronin from the beginning, which was at the time just wishful thinking. Glad it came true!

So how long do you think he's going to wear the Ronin getup for?

Um, I thought we already saw Clint back in New Avengers when they show what became of Wanda after House of M?

He was, but he didn't do anything except bone Wanda.

He pinned his costume to a wall! It was symbolic!!

But yeah, he totally boned Wanda. Woo! Go Clint!

Does this mean this Ronin garbage is over now? I mean... He tried the same trick three times in the span of two years.

There will always be a Ronin, Solario. Always.

Next time Ronin will be revealed as being Uatu the Watcher. How's that for breaking the internet in half?!

Man that would be awesome. Or Quasar, back from the dead.

Oh wait, Quasar is a space lesbian now.

Speaking of Quasar (Quasar -> Protector of the Universe -> Eon ->) Why is Gravity suddenly popping up in more books? He's Eon's new guy, he showed up for a panel or two in Zombies... Just seems random.

Back on topic: Maybe Gravity is the new Ronin. And **** Ronin.

Hawkeye is Ronin? Lame.

"Hey guys, I don't have my costume or bow and arrows. I don't have my Giant-Man potion for strength, either."

"Wear this."

"What's this? A super ninja's costume? You guys know I have no powers and am just an okay fighter without my bow, right? I mean, as long as we're just going down to the local bar to rough up some drunks, I'm down with that... I'm just sayin' we should avoid ninjas, killer-robots, and anything at all to do with magic, mutants, and/or aliens... because I'm a normal guy..."

"Who cares? You're s'posed ta be dead anyhow, bub."

I predict in the future
Ronin the Duck
The Amazing Ronin
The Incorrigable Ronin
The Mighty Ronins
The New Ronins
The Astonshing X-Ronins
Fallon Son : Death of Ronin

I dont like Ronin. If they made Ronin into an actual character and not a temporary identity, I'd like it, but I dont
BUT, it brought back Clint Barton, so I'm Vexed

I'd say after like 40 years as an Avenger, Clint is more than an okay fighter.

"Ronin" is like the new "Crimson Cowl", but for heroes.:D

First off, time is distorted in Marvel Comics. If he was 20 when he first showed up as an Avenger, he'd be 60 now. What's he on, Cap's super soldier serum or that stuff Nick Fury to keep him young?? Neither, because he's not 60+.

Second, I know he's an Avenger and almost everyone that's ever been an Avenger has spent time in combat training with Captain America... heck, it seems like the battlecry of the unlikely melee'rs (like when Scarlet Witch had to face down Cable in Contest of Champions II). Still, practicing with Cap does not make them Cap --not even close. Hawkeye is good. Hawkeye should own a barfight even if alone and seriously out-numbered. Ninjas, on the other hand, are trained assassins.

That's very true. In a street fight or bar fight, Clint could hold his own but against practiced martial artists he would have a dificult time.

There is an old issue of Avengers West Coast(think it's this title) where he has a fight with John Walker (USAgent) who is more or less on Cap's level as an equal fighter, and Clint gets his ass royally kicked and USAgent isn't even winded. We'll see if we can find it and scan it.
