RP Explanation of Powers: Her father Evangelist was a cult mad man bent on ruling the city, protecting it with his own men. He wanted all of children to be mad power houses. When No-Show was younger, powerless, poor and defenseless, he worked on his genetic make-up to assure this. But Phobias had a will of her own, and didn't follow in her father's foot steps. This angered Evangelist, who forced No-Show to remove her powers. He did, almost. No-Show, showing a little spine for the first time in his life, in lined her DNA with back up powers, which would come up if she trained. By the time she got some power back, No-Show was safe and protected with Bone Squad, while the team at the time took Evangelist out. Her specialty mutant power has always been fear, while the rest came with genetic coding.

History: Talia ran away from home at an early age, while her powers to invoke fear bloomed. Growing up she had minimum friends, a fiancé she was lucky to have was abducted by the Lost, and continued to have her father try to get her life steered to his direction. But things looked up when she joined Blood Atonement, who's only allies were Bone Squad. Phobias learned a whole new level of Paragon and her powers. Yet soon, she was abducted by her dad once again. Coming back, relearning new powers, she finds her team gone, so she herself hid as well. With the help of Joe, Charon finds her once again, and extends an invitation to uphold an once strong bonded alliance.
